I bought a brand new pair of Kybun Seouls one month ago and already the soles and sides have started to disintegrate I wrote to Kyboot and heard from someone called Damaris who said there was nothing Kyboot were prepared to do about it He said that the soles do disintegrate over time especially if exposed to the elements or if kept in a cupboard I see from other reviews that I m not the only one to be fed this line over what Kyboot know is a fault with their product For a start these have not been exposed to ANY extreme weather conditions And the Seoul hasn t been out for long - should a shoe really be expected to disintegrate after such a short peroid I wouldn t expect 25 Euro shoes to fall apart like this let alone 250 Euro shoes Seriously if you have money to throw down the drain then by all means consider these as they are comfortable However they are not fit for purpose and Customer Services at Kyboot acknowledge the problem but refuse to do anything about it If anyone wants to actually see the farcical emails I ve had from Damaris at Kyboot then I ll see if I can get them published in Viz it s where they belong

I spent 250 on a pair of shoes that I wore 3 times The are heavy bulky and stiff I thought by wearing them to work it would help me with breaking them in Once I did that they were no longer returnable but I was desperate to have relief from my foot pain I stand all day long walking back and forth at work on hard concrete floors I need a comfortable pair of shoes These are the complete opposite I would not recommend them if you are seeking comfort By the end of the day it feels like I m lifting a bowling ball because of the stiffness and bulky weight of these shoes What a huge disappointment

Thanks for the honest reviews guys Was about to buy from these guys but certainly not now Sounds like a company I want nothing to do with certainly at those prices Maybe Kybun should sort out their customer service

the shoes did not fit well but we could not return them because we had exceeded the 30 day limit to do so We were out of town and when we returned attempted to return the shoes We missed the deadline by a few days We wish some sort of exception could be made for us

I have worn the KYbun now for a year and a half I purchased them as I have had foot pain and find it hard to get a shoe that is comfortable I noticed that my thighs where tight and because the sales guy told me that I have to work through that I did I stretched the thigh I have kept walking in the shoes now for a year and a half but in the past few months have found that my hip and back are very sore I cannot put on the right sock and have extreme pain that now radiates from the thigh to the groin Doctors are talking hip replacements my chiropractor thinks we can work through it but alas I took off my KYbuns and started wearing asics and brooks running shoes and the pain is subsiding I feel that the KYbun shoe has failed in the heel and I have been aggravating my hip by not giving up on them A huge cost for the shoes but I have spent thousands on my recovery so far

Bought a pair of shoes for 300 from the Germany shop to be sent to the UK Their website told me to buy one size up which I did and they were far too big Returning them cost me 52 They insist on sending the goods back in the original packaging and the box was so heavy and ridiculously big it ended up costing more When I contacted them about it to ask if they would contribute to this as after all I bought the size according to instructions they said NO It also cost me 9 to get the shoes here So I spent 61 for NOTHING Thank you I will not order another size as you cannot guarantee if will be correct

I purchased my first pair of trainers about a year ago the comfort and new way of walking was brilliant I started saving formy next pair Then this month my trainer split down the side by the seam and now lets in water I Feel so DISAPPOINTED Is there a glue you can recomend please Martha Barrett UK

I am only giving this one star because I was disappointed in the color of the shoe The picture shows a champagne colored shoe and the reality is it is silver Very disappointing because I love my boot shoes I have five of them and I really wanted to like the colors but they were returned

I am re-viewing my previous comment which I feel was somewhat unfair Admittedly the trial boot did not measure up to my expectations but after several months wearing the boot I have realized that it is now winter and I can walk out every day without the pain I suffered as soon as Winter arrived Spent many winter days at home because the pain was so severe with normal footwear These boots have given me a new freedom one I never experienced for at least 5 winters My advice if you purchase trial boot it is as it says I was unlucky and received a pair that were more than a slight fault pair the stitching was terrible but to date they have served the purpose If you feel you are not happy with the trial footwear return them and another pair will be sent My boot I hope will see me through this year I shall certainly be purchasing a perfect pair next winter Buy these boots if you suffer with foot or toe pain and you will never regret itFive Stars to you

After reading a lot of reviews about the Kybun shoes I decided to buy a sandal I bought a pair of Kybun sandal URI FG BLACK last month from Kybun Qatar worth 385 US On the third day of using the sandal the insole started to disintegrate and black spots appeared on the grey top of both insoles I took it back to the same shop The sales man said better keep the sandal to discuss the subject with the management Next day they called me to say that the sandal is ok such thing can happen and nothing can be done they fixed the black spots Few days after using the sandal again the black spots started to appear To be honest I never thought that the insole will disintegrate after such very short period of use I see from other reviews that I m not the only one to see this problem The Kybun sandal is definitly comfortable but the shoes I bought must have manufacturing defects and Kybun Qatar will not admit that I have taken pictures of the disintegrated parts
