If KyBoot wants to stay in the U S market it needs to step up its game with delivery Waiting 7 to 10 Days for shoes is unheard of - and detracts from the entire experience Overnight would be expected for 400 shoes but 3 days would be acceptable And I am referring to FREE shipping

I like the Kyboot and have 3 pairs However I was surprised and somewhat annoyed to find out that Kyboot estimate a 2 year life but you cannot get the shoes re soled so you have to throw it away I do not appreciate the throw away culture especially for expensive leather shoes so I will not be buying them anymore

The zig-zag seams along the edge of the insole are rough against my skin I own the Gaya and didn t notice the roughness until it was broken in but since I wear socks with those it s not too bad BUT 3 summer shoes and sandals that I ordered have rough fabric which curled into my toes and rough stitching 1 with straight stitching and 2 with zig-zag stitching I really wanted these shoes to feel comfortable for this summer

I bought the sargans sand hiking shoes They are great on non challenging terrain Very comfortable to walk on paths and trails The also have surprisingly good grip on gravel paths The down side is that they are unstable on rough rocky terrains they tend to turn over due to the extra torque of very thick soles also my foot isn t held firmly and can move when my ankle turns over Also they are very heavy and bulky So some good points but not for serious hiking on rough uneven ground

Customer service is very kind But The technology needs updating Their email system does not allow to email one person in particular Emails go to the general inbox where things are delegated out to different reps I think So it takes a while for your customer service representative who was working on your request to get your email Which then means things take a lot longer For example I asked for a return label for the boots I received a week ago and I have yet to receive the label because the emails are not getting to the representative who was helping me first place Just this morning I got an email from her saying her supervisor was working on it I want to buy other additional boots from the website but I m stuck because I have no idea when I will get the label Moreover we only have 30 days to return the pair so here I am praying they get me this paperwork on time

Quality of product is exemplary Received the product with no hassle and returned the product that didn t fit with no difficulty My concerns which lowered the star rating have to do with the website It is not easy to find the shoes with the slimfit soles for narrower feet It is also not true that some of the shoes listed as narrower are in fact narrower Hence my return I also didn t appreciate the constant barrage of pop-ups telling me how many people were also on the site and also looking at the styles I was It made the whole shopping experience frenetic voyeuristic and creepy I realize the purpose is to sell but it results in bad sales as customers feel pressured to buy and then in the end perhaps having to return I can t understand how this serves anyone s purpose for a good customer experience Stop the pop-ups

They feel quite comfortable I just wish they were a bit more stylish

Was unable to buy from abroad even ifthe shoes were to be sent to USA address and payment form was USA credit card

Great for heel spurs and plantar facitis Not good for metatarsialgia issues
