4-stars It was easy to navigate user friendly but I didn t get an emailed receipt tracking number something valuable for me to keep record of my order You guys did it all except for the last step Improve that and you ll get more 5-stars

Cute

the sunglasses are very cute but I was unable to track my package so I had no idea where it was until it was delivered Also the lens of the glasses aren t as dark as I d like but still not bad They look great on me and I wear them all the time

I like the design of the glasses

I like the design of the glasses especially with the deal they had I wished they sent a confirmation email so I didn t have to worry about getting scammed for some what reason they sent the confirmation email of my order when the glasses came in the mail

Glasses were bought as part of the free promotion Took a month to arrive but for the low cost that seems fair I paid extra for the optional polarised lenses and I actually think they ARE polarised so well done there Overall pretty happy with the product

The whole process was so easy

The whole process was so easy Free sunnies off an instagram ad All I had to do was pay for shipping The only reason it wasn t a 5 star review was the delivery time but I guess that s my fault for living so far away The product was great and will be getting worn summer and winter

Pretty standard online retail

The website was fine a standard experience like many other online e-commerce experiences I do think that the site could benefit from having more photographs of the products more specifically it would be nice to see products on actual people as part of the gallery view

Long but worth the wait

The glasses take around 4-6weeks to arrive so it takes them a while and the tracking doesn t always work but upon asking very speedy customer service I was given a third party link that worked well The glasses look phenomenal and look really well made I m definitely getting more ASAP

Buyer beware - Company replaced damaged product

Received the free sunglasses in the mail after waiting over 3 weeks Opened them up and the left lens in the lower left corner has a pencil width area that does not have tint on it Sent multiple pictures and they say that their visual inspection of the picture does not show defect Do not buy their product if they do not stand behind their product The company has since replaced our damaged product We recieved the new pair in perfect condition Thank you
