Absolute scam

These ppl are using an english or american name to ship things from other countries or are they just a scam I can tell you they got my ass for 20 and nothing has shipped Its all a scam And if i dont get my product ill be contacting everyone i need to get 5th and baldwin to face consequences theyre a foreign company who does not make or manufacture or even have a place in the usa to talk to Gross theft of americans hard earned money

Total scam

Absolute scam Paid 10USD Still waiting since 1 5months ago to receive one pair of sunglasses They sent a link to track a parcel Every time I click through I get no tracking ID found message Tried to contact them twice still haven t had a reply back They are still actively running ads on IG offering free products then trying to upsell you more so someone has to be paying that bill This store needs to be closed down They are definitely a scam

Total scam They took my money for shipping of free sunglasses It has now been 6 weeks since they supposedly shipped and the tracking number says they remain in transit These sunglasses are never coming I m looking into further action I can take against this company Don t get scammed like the rest of us did

I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Ordered on 17th May tracking hasn t updated since air transport on 2nd June Now over a month later 23rd June I have no idea of where the item is and couldn t get any more information when contacting customer service No plane takes 20 days to land I understand that delivery is slow however having no communication about the item is unacceptable

WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER

It has been over 10 weeks since my order was placed 5th Baldwin has not responded to my previous 3 emails - they have most likely run out of excuses for their scam All positive reviews you see are fake notice the grammatical errors All I want is a refund EDIT COMPANY LIES ABOUT PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED BY USPS TO PLACE BLAME ON OTHERS

TERRIBLE - AVOID

If I could give this shop ZERO stars I would WORST experience ever I placed an order May 25 2020 It s currently August 10 2020 and still NO received shipment I have checked out all their social media posts and they owe SO many customers orders I have placed orders internationally before even with this pandemic and at maximum it would take 6 weeks Ive been waiting almost THREE months and nothing They don t care about their customers their customer service DOES NOT help you at all they block anyone on their social media posts that note not to purchase from them because they basically scam you out of your money So BEWARE Do not purchase from them

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Ordered sunglasses in May and they have still not shown up 3rd July Messaged Customer Service which keep sending me a generic response saying that the glasses have shipped However there have been no updates with regards the tracking in approx 5 weeks Complaints made have not been answered and I am now left to cancel my credit card issuer to initiate a merchant charge back so that I can obtain a refund AVOID

Been waiting for my sunglasses for weeks their customer support replied to my first email and then never followed up with any of my other attempts at reaching out Very frustrating

3 weeks shipping for the wrong pair

I placed an order for sunglasses in February 2023 and it is now late June 2023 and have not received the item I ve sent 5 follow up emails and have not received a response Even if the company is having a fulfillment issue it should be addressed and relayed to the customer rather than not responding 4 months approaching 5 for sunglasses to be delivered

No Details on Timing

I haven t been told nor can I find how long it will take for my sunglasses to arrive There is no direct way to see any specifics on the timing other than In Transit or Pickup It s extremely frustrating Not even when I ordered it was I told how long it would be to show up
