Great price best costumer service

The order was good but when my order arrived one of the sunglasses lense was too floppy and I emailed and said this but they said they couldn t do nothing and I m really annoyed because I waited soo long and got excited it got here and I saw this sooo not happy with how it came

I have ordered from them 3 times and I messed up my address twice and they were always quick to help me fix it Customer service is awesome and the product has a great price and good quality

Fantastic service all round and brilliant product I saw an Instagram promotion for Free sunglasses only paid for shipping so thought why not give it a go The worst that would happen would be to lose 20 The shipping took a few weeks however when I asked questions to the company the customer service was quick and informative The products ordered arrived not too long ago and I must say they are superb The fit and function of the products is second-to-none and while they do not quite compete with the big name brands in this space they punch well above their weight I have no complaints about the company or the product The shipping tracker was always up-to-date and very quick to update when the product moved location I would absolutely look to use 5th Baldwin again

I recieved my shipment within 6 -8

Took some doing had a lot of back and forth after the first pair were not delivered which isn t the fault of the company in fairness but eventually received a replacement pair after a lot of help from Emily at customer service I Think the whole prospect would be improved by a change of delivery service

Definietely worth it

I recieved my shipment within 6 -8 weeks as expected The glass I wanted was as recieved Decent quality for being free Only complaint is updates on tracking could be alot better Last update I received was weeks ago and then all the sudden my product was in my mailbox

My two pairs of sunglasses arrived

So the delivery was a bit lenghty at 4 days but when i got the glasses they were actually pretty amazing quality Better than my raybans I went to specsavers to see if they are actually polarized and they were Which is amazing for this price Definietely grabbing another pair soon

Great quality sunglasses

My two pairs of sunglasses arrived after a couple months during the COVID-19 epidemic and there was a couple snags in delivery What was amazing though was the 5th and Baldwin s PR team in helping me understand the process and willingness to answer any questions I had They were exceptionally professional and I love the glasses Fashionable sturdy and honestly have so many more details than half the sunglasses I own despite me spending only 10 a pair Well done 5th and Baldwin team
