Don t shop from this website

They signed me up without my consent to some subscription company who charged me 29 99 for the privilege so while the price looked good by the time you ve added the extra 30 it s so much more expensive

Don t shop from this website We got SCAMMED they taken the money but got no game and then tryed taking more money 2 days later I have emailed more then once and I ve phoned the number on there website they don t pick up Stay away

My experience with your company is not good I ticked the box for a 5 discount And now I have had my card debited 29 99 this appears to be a scam Can you arrange to stop this immediately as Barclays informed me this is a monthly debit If not I will be happy to return the item I purchased Please call me on 07854419966 Regards Tony Aspinall

2 bottles out of 5 ordered are missing

Never ordered from here before but the Aftershave was reasonable Would order again no problem fast delivery and arrived in good condition On the back of this I am appalled that this website gives personal bank details to a company called voocher com who have been deducting 69 from my account since January 24

Order mix up

My order was mixed up with someone else s with the same first name Unfortunately they are both Christmas presents Contacted shop play who said they had organised for both parcles to be picked up and swapped My order was picked up but the ladies order accidentally sent to my address was not Worried she is not going to get the parcel in time for Xmas I am now having to bloody post the thing to the correct address myself Shambles Let s just see if I receive my original order

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Bought a coffee machine The water tank on the back is broken and we have never been able to use it After emailing many times they have just stopped replying No one answers the telephone number on their website Terrible service Buy from somewhere else

Poor service

My new Nespresso machine was delivered Wednesday unable to get it working we telephoned Nespresso for expert advice they deemed the machine to be faulty I reported this to SHOPPLAY by email as they don t answer the Telephone they picked it up the following Friday saying they would be in touch after the machine was checked by them it was 10 days later after I chased them they sent an invoice confirming refund nothing else no sorry you re right the machine didn t work no reporting of their findings nothing we only bought from them as we bought our previous Nespresso from them a few years ago with excellent service seems to have gone down hill a bit

Broken playsation 5

Ordered a PlayStation 5 from the company it came all great and well until we set it up to realise it turns off when playing games and overheats I have tried contacting this company for about 3 months now and still had no reply whatsoever

Sending out empty items and refusing to resolve

Shipped out an order of 7 items but 3 were empty although with an outer box Store claims their investigations reveal they were not shipped that way which is impossible given I received a sealed package Store refuses to accept liability so now I am forced to make a chargeback - not a good use of my time

not received tracker said would receive Fri 22nd between 10 51 to 12 51 but still waiting not very good at all
