I was a little cautious ordering at first, but Shopplay exceeded my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, prices were very competitive, and I received regular email updates about my order. Delivery was much quicker than expected, and the product arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Great value and excellent service – I’ll definitely be using Shopplay again.

Ordered some Champagne but they sent cheap wine, tried and tried to contact through phone and email but not response feeling gutted.
Definitely would stay away from this company.

Misleading advertising - on Google price comparison they selling Nintendo switch at 249 99 then on their site they add on VAT on that price ends up being more expensive then all other retailers - sad to see retailers pulling stunts like this just to get up on top of the Google listing Shame on you guys

They give your details to another company called Voochr by very cleverly hiding in their T Cs that they have done this Voochr then charge 29 99 to your debit card that you used to buy from Shopplay Totally immoral if not illegal behaviour I immediately got the money back from Voochr by threatening legal action but despicable by both companies I won t use Shopplay again as hate duplicitous behaviour

Since I was asked again to share the feedback I would like to reiterate that I got no response to my phone calls and emails which were for a request to send the lime scale filter

Still haven t received my item and i paid extra for next day delivery so i received it on either the 21st or 22nd in time for Christmas Unfortunately my other half didnt have a gift for the day Email the site and they blame dpd and dpd say its not there problem as the site never paid for there next day service Joke of a company I d advise not to use Also please don t come with this rubbish about they attempted to come Because i wasnt notified a delivery date or time So i wasnt to no it was going to arrive outta the blue You usually receive an email an tx message of when it will be arriving and notify if you want it left with your neighbour or in your garden etc which i never recieved any info on Again when i chased dpd that said its not our fault we only done the service the site paid for which was a basic shipment not next day And that also means they dont need to give you any update on when they will be posting it

game still not turned up spoke to someone on thursday they said they would send another game out for the next day and still no game no one answers the phone have to call about 20 times first

Ordered an Xbox Live subscription which should have been an instant code Received nothing for three days so decided to email to ask when I can expect to receive my order Order was cancelled shortly after without any explanation I guess Shop Play doesn t need my custom or care for doing any customer service I won t be purchasing from them again

I am still waiting for my order which I made on 8 th December No one answering phone emails and online chat I have referred this to my bank to investigate Please please do not use this company as think it is a fraudulent site and reviews Made up

Don t order from here My husband received a nespresso coffee machine from his sister in law for his 40th the box says free 12 pods included no free pods inside and nespresso head ofice advise they should have been in the box obviously they have been taken out Now left with a coffee machine with no pods
