Product not as advertised

Bought a Hoover that was advertised as a Pet Hoover picture stated Pet Hoover arrived and was standard one which was cheaper on Amazon Argos and Curry s Contacted the company who replied initially but then nothing for another week leaving us with no alternative but to use the Hoover Company admitted using wrong picture to advertise Hoover but unfortunately did not offer to reimburse the price difference

Poor Communication

I received an e-mail a week ago confirming despatch of my order However I haven t received it When I try and track it the message just says an update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item Many other purchasers state that they received their goods the next day so why am I still waiting a week later I appreciate that it is a busy time of year but without any proper tracking facilities I have no idea if when it might arrive As already commented by other users the telephone number is unobtainable and despite sending 2 e-mails I haven t received a replyVery disconcerting and leaves me with little confidence in the company

Product covering was so filthy

Package arrived separately no information was given prior that will be 2 packages arriving Product original box is so filthy I don t know where it was stored I felt disrespected you would never sell anything to anyone in that condition I had to disenfect the box before touching it

Credit card protection was sold as well

The game was delivered without issues and works fine However around 10 days later I saw a pending payment on my credit card to Eshopsecu over 49pds for credit card protection There must have been something which I clicked and didn t even realize - never had that anywhere else Had to call them and was able to cancel the whole thing Quite annoying experience Will try and avoid ordering from Shopplay in the future

Good price NO after sales customer service

Service was quick came on time I did try 3 or 4 time to email and never replied so after care service well there is nones s far as I m concerned would I use them again No
