I definitely recommend them

Good service I purchased a xbox one it took me a couple of times for them to pick up the phone but that s understandable as they more than likely have a reduced staff limit Other than that they was very helpful I will be definitely purchasing from them again in the near future

I ve recently ordered some PS5

I ve recently ordered some PS5 headphones and whilst I have had an invoice I haven t heard anything from them for almost 2 weeks I m a bit concerned as it s a very much wanted Christmas gift for my 9 year old son Money has already been taken Think I ve been totally conned Following writing this review I was contacted by Shopplay see below so after emailing again I received a response with reassurance that the headphones would arrive in December They explained that they were busy and trying to get through the back log of emails they had received Massively appreciate the response and they arrive before Christmas now

Great product price though customer service could have been better

Item has now arrived Samsung tablet and very happy with product and the price paid The issues were with the delivery apparently issues with the courier not collecting Better updates from the supplier would have helped without the need to constantly chase via emails also the live chat didn t respond in the 5 hours I was connected to it
