Total chaos If you love queues come here Queue to get in Queue to get through for photos taking at entrance Queue ages for lockers Then Queue for slides Not enjoyable They let far too many people in Expect you to pay for a fast pass which you have to Queue to buy We had sunbeds by wave pool Lockers were other side of park which we were directed to When we wanted lunch had to trail to for when credit cards needed Then queue to get your food The lazy river is a joke Completely ramned with rings People falling off and feet in your face Not enough current If if wasn t for people pushing and shoving you wouldn t get round The few rides that i managed to get on were ok but very poor value for money Then if you Want fast pass nearly as much again as entrance ticket and can only use once per ride The worst water park I ve been to Poor singer around park and no queue times on the rides as you queue

worst experience in Tenerife lost over half a day going to this place for 10am and leaving by 1 30 after only 1 ride with 2 fed up and dissapointed kids we wasted a day of our holiday getting ripped off Staff there are very rude and theres no refunds Dont waste your time

Customer service has been dreadful
Booked the bus service from Los Gigantes Emailed before I booked to check the days it went was advised Thursday and Sunday as per their website Booked the bus online for 66 called to book our seat and was told the bus only went on Wednesdays which we couldn t make Asked for a refund as they gave me the wrong details I was told no No one would help me after multiple emails and calls even a month after going Now they ignore my emails What awful customer service from such a well renowned organisation The day at the park was ok Queued for over an hour for a locker Queued for ages for slides because so many fast pass people kept going ahead of everyone

If you go there it will ruin your day and ull waste your money What happend to us was- paid and went in only to find out the lockers are sold out Without a locker you can t leave your belongings and with them you cannot access any rides An hour long queues for every ride Personally I didn t manage to get on anything and ended up leaving after 2 hours or stressing and wondering about I could go on all day Don t make the same mistakeThe fast past should not exist No more customers than there is lockers should be allowed in at one time

Worst experience in my life in SIAM PARK 2024 I bought Annual Passes for me and my family and left me a bitter taste after this year BE AWARE THE FREE BUS DID NOT CAME BE AWARE OF THIS THING I Just witness how the bus came on DUKE bus station we hope into the bus and they the bus driver didn t stop anymore because the bus was full we arrived on Siam Park and from now on the horror day unfolds After 2 days in witch we get in ad normal my QR code with my Annual Passes did not work anymore and I left the Que to the security check telling me and my wife cannot go inside anymore because my QR code is not valid anymore only my children cango inside 4 and 7 ARE THEY SERIOUS After sorting they mess up showing that I have paid for the Annual tickets they let me In 1 After 1 hour waiting in the Q i have now once again wait in the Que line with my entire family How stupid is this Anyway fingerprint scanned and over the security check but wait 2 I NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 1 5 HOUR IN LINE TO RICH TO THE LOOKERS THE QUE WAS AMAZING LONG AS WELL FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR 3 NO LOCKERS LEFT TO BOOK A CHAOS CANNOT BELIEVE IT 4 AND THEN YOU CANNOT ENJOY THE RIDES BECAUSE OF THE 1 HOUR WAITING IN THE QUE LINE 5 EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE EVEN THE FAST PASSES ARE EXPENSIVE AND LIMITED THEY WILL BE QUICKLY SOLD OUT BE AWARE OF THISTO BAD I CANNOT UPLOAD PHOTOS HERE I DEFINITELY DON T GO THERE ANY SOON GUYS IS NOT WORTH IT TRUST ME READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THERE THE HYPE IS NOT WORTH IT TRUST THE REVIEWS

Go to Aqualand instead 5minutes from Siam park and better experience
Me and my boyfriend had pre booked tickets for Siam park on Wednesday 4th September We had booked our whole holiday to Tenerife purely for Siam park and we were very disappointed even though we had pre booked tickets it still took 45 minutes to queue and to just get in and then to wait a further 15-20 minutes to get a locker We arrived at 10 30 and it was nearly midday before we were ready to go onto one of the slides to then find out that we had to wait another hour to actually get onto the slide We then decided to go pay extra for fast track tickets as we didn t want to miss out only to be told they had all sold out After this we made the decision to leave as we didn t want to spend our whole day Queuing to experience and enjoy 3-4 rides before closing I understand that Siam park is the biggest water park in the world but There was far to many people in the park and you should lower the capacity in order for people to fully enjoy the day We had jumped in a taxi and went 5 minutes down the road to aqua land to find similar rides and experienced all off them and not having to queue for a single ride To say again we are very disappointed and would like a refund and our money back

The fast tracks ruined every thing
The park is very beautifull the slides are very much fun and could be a very great experience but the fast tracks ruined every good feeling Even though you wait a long time in every line you are looking forward to the try- out but then you see the same people four times rum past you at the fast track If you think you want to buy the dast track be ready to be treated badly by the other guests

Park seems great and slides even greater but it is way overgrouded Waited 80min in queue for one slide Even fast track had to wait atleast 25 minutes Wasted all day got to go 3 slides If bigger trip advising sites would let to leave reviews then people could keep away before ruining a day of their vacation We came with two families and we would never come back even if the tickets were half the price Everyone are very dissapointed

Paying almost 150eu for a family of four We were there for two hours and effectively used 1 slide Queues are extremely long We left angry and feeling ripped off It was our last day of visiting Tenerife
