Always impressed

I have ordered from this site twice and both times I have been impressed with the quality of the items and the customer service Once my order did actually get lost in the mail but I emailed them and they promptly fixed it and sent a new order at no cost to me The quality of the items is actually better than they look on the website and I have always been impressed If you re used to American sizes the sizing is probably a little small so make sure to size up But I highly recommend this company

I just found out this brand recently and gave it a try I was surprised by the quality when I received them They are stylist and good quality at the same time and in afforable price at they stand for I like how they have been really helpful in customer services even I sent multiple emails at the same time the representative is really patience with me to solve my problem Can t wait to buy again on Black Friday

Great customer service and cute clothes

The customer service team is the best One of the items I bought sold out and they refunded me immediately after received my email confirmation and the rest was shipped on that day as well Also there was issues with my local delivery company and they helped me to contact them and resolve the issues I received my clothes today and they are so cute

Didn t really expect much from the brand but the quality of the clothes are high and the prices are rather affordable as well I like how regardless of what pieces you buy they all go together well Personal fav pieces are from the collab with Carlos Campos

Pleasantly surprised

I was pretty worried about my order when I checked the reviews but I m very pleased with my purchase I do feel a bit deceived in thinking this was an American company but the shipment was fast the quality is what I paid for and the fit is exactly as it is pictured I m relieved that I do love my items as much as I hoped I would
