I swapped cardano with xlm more then 10 hour ago but still nothing came to me i writer to support but still not answeredhow long does it take to get the refund I sent the cardano recovery address over an hour ago and I m still waiting this is your problem because if xlm doesn t work you shouldn t accept exchanges with that coin you can t make people wait whole days

Second time I have had technical issues with a transfer First time took over an hour to resolve Second time my dashboard or history did not show the pending transaction Chat support is slow and goes off for uncomfortably long periods On the plus side has multiple coins and chains otherwise would have been a 1 star

The interface doesn t work correctly

The interface doesn t work correctly It says awaiting deposit even though the transaction went through which makes me very uncomfortable using this service It also messed up on giving me my loyalty SWAP bonus I had to beg customer service to fix it request 69842

Transaction lost

I initiated a swap of GAS to BTC at around 9 AM this morning with the deposit showing on my wallet at 9 10 It is currently after 2 PM and I have not received my coins The site says it is waiting for 5 confirmations which actually happened maybe 5 minutes after the original deposit was made I have been in touch with their customer support and they are very responsive but I have not actually received any help They tell me they are working on it At this point I would just like my crypto back I don t know if I am being ripped off or not and I am getting upset This was a pretty large sum of crypto for me The reason I give them 2 stars is that they are responding pretty quick even though it s not helping Exchange ID 01dfdx7uc713bk6i

I had issues with the exchange in the past but decided to give them another chance Turns out it was a terrible decision Attempted a swap one day and it took over 2 hours 2 days later I attempted a different swap with different coins and it took over an hour The support experience with David was terrible if I could give them 0 5 stars I would If you re looking for a quick exchange I would advise you to look elsewhere

Beware

They re burying critical reviews with what I imagine to be a bunch of fake 5 star reviews Swap was stuck for over two hours live chat support was NOT helpful Eventually after sending a number of threatening messages they finally pushed my swap through and took an extra 5 USDT while they were at it I wish I had googled this company before using it I m glad I didn t lose all of my coins like other people did but I definitely believe that they ve scammed a number of people
