I had some trouble swapping ADA for AGIX with very little understanding about the platform I used the on line site chat for assistance and with in minutes my problem was resolved Simple Swap was quick to respond and help with my issue I will definitely use this platform again Hats off Much appreciated

I had an issue with a swap But the reply from the support team and the solution came at a very reasonable time It is not only about avoiding problems it is also about solving them when they happen and the team exceeded my expectations to a good outcome

Straightforward

Everything is pretty straightforward Take your time and do it correctly I actually had an issue with my exchange being stuck in Sending when it was being sent to my wallet because the transaction had been dropped by the network but it was quickly resolved my a customer support member David He was very helpful and I appreciate everything getting resolved in a timely manner
