The first time I used SimpleSwap the transaction went through in a few minutes aside from one tiny glitch where they shortchanged me approximately 15 in tokens I complained to their support and they reimbursed me within a few hours However the second time I tried using it the transaction has been completely stuck for three days I have a large sum of money in limbo and while the support responses have been prompt they ve been extremely opaque like Our technical team is looking into it I recently informed them that if I didn t hear back within 24 hours I would post a negative review on TrustPilot and the response was We will do our best to speed up your issue After repeated attempts the responses have been We sent your deposit to the indicated address address but it was rejected now our team is again sent it but we should wait little more than usual because all processes will be proceed manual and We sent your deposit to the indicated address address but it was rejected again Could you please clarify do you have another crypto address Should we try to send your crypto to the initial address once again At this point I m losing faith I will ever recover my funds If I do receive my funds from them I will post a follow-up post here Update 1 5 14 21 I received a screenshot that showed a rejected transaction however when typing in the transaction id to the blockchain explorer it gave a 404 not found error so it appears to be a doctored screenshot with a fake transaction id Update 2 5 14 21 I finally received the full amount of the original transaction on my wallet It was a huge relief because I was worried that I would never see the money I won t personally use the service again because the transaction took over 48 hours to complete and I was expecting it to complete in a few minutes sorry originally I said 3 days but it was actually less but felt like more because I thought I was losing my money Also in total I exchanged 20 emails with the support staff which seems very excessive But because I did actually receive my money in the end I will raise my review from 1 star to 2 stars

At first I thought they were incompetent Now I fear they are scam artists I sent 200 tokens about 2 500 to be converted For reasons they can t explain the conversion never happened But they were deducted from my Helium account They told me not to worry -- that they would refund the tokens I had to provide screen shots even a video of my Helium account I did all they asked They then promised to send a refund That was three days ago Since then the dog seemed to have eaten their homework The latest excuse is O ur liquidity partner has reported delays in the withdrawal of your funds We are now actively communicating with our partner to push the payout as soon as possible If they do end up sending the money I will revise this review to label them as incompetent rather than scammers You can red their reply below They are better at replying in Trustpilot than figuring out how to refund my money Stay Away Now a day has gone by since their reply below and unlike the saying another day and not another dollar Nothing Okay now a week has gone by It took me some twenty emails and sending along a second video of my helium account and they finally did the transaction After saying they could only refund my money they actually completed the long-delayed transaction and sent the funds to my coinbase account I don t know what to believe Perhaps the problems all lie on the helium side as others have mentioned But when something goes wrong it is an extreme pain to resolve the issue with SimpleSwap

They sent me only 0 10183234 BTC instead of 0 10501306 BTC very bad rate for this trx

I have used Simpleswap twice and both times it took two days to make the trade and place in my wallet SLOW

Failed swap of a certain amount THREE days ago Yes Stephanie from customer support responded promptly Your issue will be forwarded to the technical department for further clarification Asked a day later No answer Again today No answer No solution My coins stacked in their wallet EDIT Problem solved I wasn t aware because they do not answer the emails I m upgrading the rating from 1 to 2 they should enhance their communication policies Be very cautious with this exchange EDIT2 SimpleSwap processes tickets via ZenDesk and entering the provided link by chance as no indications are given on that I can see the issue was being dealt with Unfortunately I was unaware of this as NO EMAIL REPLIES arrived to my email account checked Spam as well So there must be something wrong in the configuration of email confirmations Furthermore status was not updated until I reported it Again three days to solve an issue is not a short response and poor communication is definitely something to enhance I hope my comments help to get things better

After a few transactions I decided to stop using them you always receive far less coins than what they tell you before you approve the exchange The crypto market is quite volatile but regardless after seeing the trends of the exchanges I made I don t think they are being honest 3 times were enough

Anne please help me I was trying to swap for the first time from coinbase and entered in alittle more than I had because of the btc it gave me I didn t buy so I thought my balance was 6 dollars more anyway I wasn t able to finish that swap so I tried to redo it and it says my coins aren t there anymore on CB Are they just held up temporarily because I didn t have enough for the swap Can you please advise what to do Thank you If anyone can help please mail me caplowaithj AT gmail com thanks in advance I m freaking out but atleast coinbase is still showing my entire balance

I calculated what is the difference between the market real time price and what they suggest you to pay let alone the fact that they usually charge you more explaining it by market fluctuation And it is 5 percent way too much Finally I found another exchange they are much cheaper

I LOVE Simple Swap BUT I Never Remember to Open Up my LOYALTY PROGRAM before I use it It would be NICE if Simple Swap would Remind their LOYAL CUSTOMERS to open up their LOYALTY PROGRAM BEFORE the exchange is hit

Hi I am waiting 3 days now for an exchange to be completed I have been onto Support but they said my issue has been prioritised Why should it take 3 days I liked the platform as it is simple to use but I question their support when something goes wrong Just to confirm I have now received the Exchange
