I have used Simple Swap about 3 times now and I had to send them an email for 2 out of my 3 transactions because they were taking over an hour to process and some didnt even show up in the transaction history so I got worried that the funds might get lost since transactions dont usually take so long to process on the blockchain or other bridge sites I got my funds from the transaction after contacting them so their legit and their not going to steal your crypto but they really need to fix the technical issues with their site

I made a Exchange from USDC to BUSD after 2 hours it still shows Pending deposit I have contact support and got a respond within 30 minutes by Stephanie she reply with Unfortunately your deposit was not detected by our system correctly as it was sent from a smart contract It s possible to make a refund or continue the swap at the current rate Which option would you prefer I reply back with continue the swap at the current rate The problem with this was i was never told about the rate or time frame on how long this process would it take I reply back after 3 hours asking how much longer will this take and got this respond Thank you for waiting Could you please confirm we should continue with the swap at the current rate You can check the rate here Best regards SimpleSwap teamHow many times do i need to confirm to swap out the at the current rate I feel like like Stephanie is not human she reply s more like a robot This is my first time using the service and the last time i will use the service I Would think twice about using this service Exchange ID S3ntO9WlZa56UPDATE Issue has been Resolved within 24 hours i just wish they would be more clear about potential problems in the site and give updates on how long it will take to fix the issue

I had issues relating to a failed transaction after transferring some amount of coin I contacted the team and after a series of swift exchanges of correspondence my coin was refunded

I placed a swap 4 days ago and there was NOTHING on the blockchain about my transaction There was proof that I sent them my crypto but none for them sending anything back I just keep getting the please wait and be patient runaround They have my crypto and refuse to do anything to make this right The transaction is stuck on the exchange while being sent to your address We are waiting for the transaction to either return back or complete the exchange If it didn t change in 4 days it won t change in 4 years or 400 years Reply Oh NOW you are interested in solving this after I post a negative review I ve been trying for 4 days to get this fixed Exchange ID yvwf88pyohzoltvo2nd Reply I asked for a refund and 5 days later still nothing but wait and be patient Final Update I got my funds back HOWEVERit took 6 days and way too long after they confirmed the swap didn t go through I understand there are technical glitches that are beyond SimpleSwaps s control but the customer s funds should come first I ve been using SimpleSawp for over a year without incident but this has left a bad taste in my mouth Not the glitch the way this was handled

Quite fast However sometimes it doesn t notify you you have to check your wallet to know the swap is over I do have to say that their support is excelent

Took several days of going back and forth but finally swap was completed This is not a service to be used by anyone who doesnt have a background in IT or a strong background in crypto but it does work

Experience after 4 Solana to Eth exchanges First two took about 5-10 minutes without any issue and without creating an account Third one was pending over 2 hours but after reaching out to Support it was solved within 1 minute Not even joking Support answerd instantly via E-Mail and offered to keep an eye on my last Exchange because I asked for it as it was a bit bigger for my wallet Carried out also instantly Great support with a bit slow of a Bridge Might add first three were floating with the last one being fixed value Keep an eye on that as you might miss it
