I attempted to send the requested 104 XRP from Kraken to SimpleSwap but Kraken took a 02 XRP fee so the total amount sent to SimpleSwap was 103 98 XRP The transaction was not going through after 10 minutes so I sent 02 XRP to add to the 103 98 to make a total of 104 XRP I contacted support immediately to tell them and within 10 minutes they emailed back they will not issue a refund and they will not forward the XRP to the coin I requested Their response was Your exchange can t be completed the amount of coins is less than the minimum allowable amount I replied asking for clarification and sent a detailed response with transaction IDs They replied Your exchange can t be completed the amount of coins is less than minimum allowable amount Unfortunately refund will not be possible as the amount is smaller than the network fee I m confused I sent 104 XRP as requested It did not specify it had to be in one transaction I sent further proof of the transactions and yet again I received an automated response Unfortunately refund will not be possible as the amount is smaller than the network fee I responded Please connect me with a human Thank you SimpleSwap Response We already told you that you sent less the minimum amount We cant make a refund the amount is too small Hello Garrett We received your review on Trustpilot Thank you for letting us know about this issue First sorry for the misunderstanding - due to the fact that two transactions came from you only the one that came later was tied to the swap However we have just found the first transaction you sent Inform you that your exchange XRP for XTZ will be processed immediately We apologize for the inconvenience We will get back to you with the transaction hash as soon as possible Best regards SimpleSwap teamSo I didn t lose my 104 XRP They ended up sending it it was strange though since I sent screenshots and links to transactions ID on XRPs blockchain explorer but the customer rep on email had no interest in looking into it I confirmed the 104 XRP was converted and the correct amount was delivered to my wallet different coin It just took leaving a negative review here I am now processing another transaction with BTC not on XRP It says Your XTZ is being sent but it s been 3 hours I hope that BTC gets converted and doesn t get lost obviously we have a public ledger for a reason so we can trace it back and prove it was legit if there are issues with this one Having seen the negative reviews it s clear this is not an uncommon issue I think they are probably creating arbitrage on the backend considering it only takes 2 min to send a coin do the exchange and then another 1 minute for the coin to show up the 3 hours it s taken so far makes me think SimpleSwap is not very clear up front to their customers that swaps can take a very long time okay in some instances not in others and their customer service only responds with a human if you leave a negative review on Trust Pilot The customer support is was great after leaving a review here Clearly a company like Simple Swap helps their first time customers but it takes some work

My problem was fixed

I sent BCH to be exchanged for ZIL almost 24 hours ago and it s still showing exchanging When I reached out to support they were quick to respond saying it s safe and there was a system overload That s it s been exchanged but stuck at sending That they will push it through soon That was yesterday afternoon I reached out this morning and they tell me that their technical team is working on it as a priority Again that was over 3 hours ago Nothing has happened yet If they re that busy why did they not have a problem taking out my BCH Update I received an email letting me know that the exchange was complete and asked me to edit my review on Trustpoint I notified them it shows still in process on their tracking page Then Simple Swap told me that there is something wrong with my wallet That I need to contact my wallet support as to why my token was not showing I contacted my wallet support just to make sure I didn t miss something although I m pretty certain that there is nothing wrong with my wallet I chat with Simple Swap again and they ask for my transaction ID again then tell me not to worry That it s safe and in process This is right after they tell me the transaction was completed and tokens were sent to my wallet That I needed to contact my wallet support because the transaction was completed It still has not I m still waiting Last UPDATE After several hours of being told it was in my wallet I finally received my tokens in my wallet It is over 2000 less tokens than it was suppose to be I m not sure if this is typical for exchanges or not Service could have been better and it could have been worse

They delay the transactions in order to gain interest It s working but it s slow

Didn t get the ETH after exchanging 1500 CLO Recent near 1 unrecognized I is not received ETH I got received as transaction too long

Online support is very good Person on the help desk reply messages very fast and with a good manner First two three transactions with simple swap were fast Fourth transaction of swapping LINK to XTZ is still in progress after over 20 hours Simple Swap support can t provide time line of when XTZ going to be send to the customer After conversation with Simple Swap support conclusion is - Simple swap does not have influence on when exchange will send coins Currently waiting time is over 20 hours and still pending - Simple swap not inform clients about potential issues or delays related to coin swap- Simple swap provide information that exchange stuck at payout stage wallet maintenance and the issue is not with simple swap but with exchange - what is very unprofessional --------------After approximately 40 hours swap was successful completed Strongest point of Simple Swap is support replied on any platform it s very impressed Weak point is Defienitly waiting time I wish to see faster transaction then two days

Simpleswap cant even complete a simpleswap they should change their name to simplesteal Here we are 5 days after an attempt to swap a small amount of BTC Transaction never happened after 19 back and forth emails still no resolution It is clear that they will hold your coins if the exchange rate changes before they complete it They took my BTC in less than 5 minutes and never completed the swap and would not return the coins They are criminals I will never use them again Think twice before using simpleswap There are safer alternatives I learned the hard way Hopefully they become a casualty of Progress and be held accountable for all their illegal activity I will be letting everyone I know plus spreading this far and wide on Facebook and twitter Daily UPDATE SImpleswap made good on my Exchange I used Chat until it was resolved and it took about 20 minutes The exchange rate had changed in my favor and I received the better rate updated to 3 stars THANK YOU

Improvement needs in the customer serviceThe customer service experience has to be improved As there are number of different platforms offering the best service if Simpleswap wants to be leading then they have to step up the game Effective resolution for the customer service tickets I have initiated a transaction on 27oct2021 at 17 15 hrs with the Exchange ID qzR2EZUfgVgand the transaction was waiting for the funds to come through to do the exchange been waiting and waiting till the counter turned to 0m0s I can see no action from simpleswap or any network due to the congestion on the crypto networks reached customer service and been asked to wait for the checking of the transaction As a customer been following up on the refund since 28oct morning and there is still checking on the refund process as i can understand this is a manual process to be done for each exchange Received the refunds on the transaction by mid day on 28Oct2021 Customer service has to be improved for simpleswap

I initiated a BTC to DOGE transaction on simpleswap io platform and i was prompted to make deposit After the deposit was made the transaction status changed to transaction failed I contacted their support which told me it was because of the limited supply of the coin they had and the issue with their supplier which was quite understandable Right now i believe they have gotten over that but what they keep telling me is that my exchange is under consideration Under consideration to be processed or what Was it my fault it failed It is over 36 hours now and they keep telling me the same thing I will update this when i feel satisfied and until i do i advise you to stay away from simpleswap io especially for DOGE exchange Update Exchange was completed after 51 hours I got 181 dogecoin less than what was the rate when i intiated the exchange Not completely pleased but the transaction has been completed

I would like is better If it were easier to swap crypto from the phone app but you don t support the USA in countries allowed
