never ever again i use this

first time and the last time ever made a 6bnb swap to 19 5sol after 12hours still pending solana withdraw was suspend at binance so i searched for another quick solution because i need today sol for a nft sale now sol withdraw work already at binance but here still nothing the 5pieces nft i wanted to buy pumped now befor the mint from 3 5 sol to 5 sol so i had to pay now 5x 1 5 sol more if i still wanna mint so no mint for me because i had to wait so long binance withdraw work again next time i better wait just binance work again Exchange ID 2KL6QsW8vFWWhere i sent my BNB 0x963DC777Ac1c9F28D85E1B47FB403eA037a8C7a8Edit after they saw what im doing i got the sol still its to late now i can tranfer them now back to binance and exchange them back to bnb thanks for nothing

14 hours still no refund

I tried to exchange xlm for doge I forgot the memo I emailed and they got right back to me After multiple screen shots and two videos They finally asked if I want a refund or the rest of the transaction I opted for a refund Says 60 minutes we are going on 14 hours Not sure why it takes so long I mean you have the xlm address it takes 2 minutes to send Very unhappy So left a bad review then emailed them and let them know about the review and I literally got my coins back in 3 min Great response time but the issues should be faster I m on the fence if I should use them again or not

Delayed Swap

Update to my below review It took a week to finalize the swap The simpleswap team said it was an issue on the liquidity provider s sider I ultimately received my funds at the initial swap rate We are now on my fourth day where I have not received a refund or helpful update from the company They took 5 4k worth of my BTC and have not exchanged it will not issue a refund I have spoken with other folks on review sites that had this happen and never received funds back I want a refund asap ticket 25645

Was swapping ETH to Elrond four ours

Was swapping ETH to Elrond four hours before and didn t received any funds yet The support answered quickly that their egld wallet is currently under maintenance Sorry but why are you allowing swaps when there is currently a maintenance Request ID is 39462Will update this Review when it s solved Update 21 11 2021 Now the exchange failed due to some reasons I guess it is because the exchange rate changed to their disadvantage Will edit again after the next steps I m counting on that I will never receive my Elrond Update Received the correct amount

Fast transfer - Watch the floating rate though

Experience was very fast last minute chages to floating rate SimpleSwap showed an attractive initial rate for a LTC to HNT conversion which lasted through all the transaction stages until deposit confirmed Then suddenly they confirmed the exchange 2 5 worse off for me The underlying market did not move at the time

I strongly recommend NOT to use the service Just tried to swap some tokens and nothing happens contacted them got a quick response but at the end the technical service team will look into it It is completely ridiculous Go to a CEX maybe some higher spread but way more safe yeah a CEX safer incredible --------Everything was provided and as mentioned above I am in contact with your team Stephanie to me specific She by the way told me that the issue was forwarded to the technical department and I should wait ------------------Thanks The team has a good customer service that I have to admit Will definitely give another go and update de results here
