Swap was delayed by about 8 hours but customer service was extremely prompt and responsive Woke up the next day with my coins no problem Previous swaps took about 30 mins Overall would still do business

Failed tx the only one of several that didn t go unfortunately for a relatively large sum It took 12 hours to resolve but I received the exchange The staff were prompt in their responses

I submitted a transaction to the provided address I can see that my funds went to the wallet they provided via blockchain They confirmed that they have received the funds and would refund me Now they keep giving me the runaround we are working on it Update Received my refund 24 hours later I suggest the team be more transparent and not respond with generic messages when funds are stuck

Stolen Transaction

Terrible Transaction failed and support won t give me a refund All I am told is the transaction happened but the wallet is down 72 hours later and nothing Same canned response that I need to wait longer Feel like this company might be insolvent Update Worked with Brad awesome guy the support over at Simple swap and I was able to get a refund and then make a new request which worked I let them know communication could be better but I am happy they made it right in the end Changing to 4 stars as communication missed the mark a bit I would use them again

I did a swap where I deposit xrp but forgot to add the destination tag I imidiatly contacted the supportdesk via chat and they kindly responded Unfortunatly it took a day before i got my funds back Nevertheles they kept there promises
