Do not buy a phone from them
It was okay Then I bought a phone with them and it has been a disaster ever since I returned the phone but for the last three months they have still charged me for it I was in contact and they said they would refund me Today I received a new invoice which is incorrect Still no refund Do not buy a phone from them

Worst customer experience of my life
I have used a lot of companies and services in my life and I have never experienced as bad a customer service and customer experience as with Simyo have now been in the process of getting a simple SIM card for over 2 months and it starts to seem impossible You need a Spanish phone number to order a Spanish phone number And if you don t pick up the call they make only in Spanish of course they will immediately cancel your order The only way to renew the order is then to to call their customer service line where multiple people bounce you forward to the next agent When you finally get the order placed the order cancelled upon delivery for an unknown reason Again the only way to get it ordered again is by calling the same hotline and placing a new order And then the process starts again and gets cancelled upon delivery When I tried to call them and ask to send the next delivery to my office address a person said yes until she moved me forward to a final identity check where they said that to change the delivery address I have to once again call their customer service line and start again At this point I couldn t take anymore and told them to forget about the whole thing It s obvious that customer experience and satisfaction isn t placed very high on their company priority list But it is honestly really crazy that such a big company cannot create any simple customer service processes I ve seen a lot here in Spain but to be honest this was by far the worst Going to Vodafone now

Bad app bad customer service
Simyo has spanish app and if you don t know spanish you will get stuck best to buy a sim with English settings locked my sim needed puk code it took nearly a week to get it unlocked

Absolutly appalling service i am and have been a customer for many many years they have sent me maybe 4 or 5 items to my current address for 16 years i have two sim s at the moment so i tried to buy one from them and the system say s it can t send to my address so naturally i contact customer service after various useless replies they pretty much told me to sod off and go to a shop and see if i can get one there as i live miles from anywhere this is the reason i buy online i have to admit this is the rudest reply i have had to any reply from any company i am a long term customer of disgusting service

The service was not reliable and fraud
The service was not reliable Lots of disconnections and service outage Poor customer service I attempted to load my prepaid account with my credit card using the app The app said there was an error and the transaction couldn t be processed I tried again same result Then once more same result I gave up and went to another cell phone provider A week later i notice the 3 charges from Simyo on my credit card statement I called them to get a refund and the call kept getting mysteriously disconnected before they could confirm the refund They also said they would call me back in English and never called back On the 7th call trying to get my money back the representative said i could not get a refund only Simyo credit I did not want the credit i want my money back and they refused This company sucks

Poor services
It s been a year since I m using your services Poor customer service support and ambiguous recharge process Every time it asks for portability contract etc and once payment is done- the result is no recharge

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company I have internet at home and at one point it stopped working I contacted this company asking to immediately resolve this issue because I work from home and I need an internet In 2 days they answered me that they had some accident and they called me but I didn t answered I replied them that called them but there is automated reply and it doesn t want me to transfer to an agent In 2 days more they copy paste the first answer and send it to me I replied again that I am not able to contact them and instead of talking to me by phone please come and repair the issue with internet Now it s more then 1 week passed and I still don t have an internet at home I definitely change the company

cant get a replacement sim and noone speak english simyo spain
I lost my sim for 6 months I try to get a replacement sim but no chance I must say I speak not very much Spanish so they not have one English speaking person in their call center who can speak English so I tried with mail can translate and there s also people who reply after 1 month back and forth same story must again call center as the 7 euro delivery fees need to discuss again am tired i like simyo but getting a replacement sim is too complicated i had other sims in spain before like lebara and always there was some English speaking staff who could help simyo no thank you

phone support is really bad
phone support is really bad I tried to contact simyo but is really difficult communication also what i not understand that they everytime just just cut the call Also On their website they talk about the stores they have all around Madrid well i went to 3 of them all is some secondhand shops selling all kind of stuff and all tell me must call simyo emails they also not reply I first time experience bad customer service like this

Portable Wi-Fi stopped working in less
Portable Wi-Fi stopped working in less then a month I requested a replacement and it was denied because the 14 days policy had already expired I was offered a device collection repair been waiting for a driver to collect it for over a week nobody came I called the customer service many times no alternative solutions was offered I m with no WiFi no portable device and I have no idea when this will be fixed Worst service I ve been seeing for while
