Something bad has happened very recently with SixStar management I ve used the company several times with excellent service The dedicated concierge concept always worked well Trying to pay the balance of cruise this week via my concierge had no reply to emails still haven t was on endless hold trying to get hold of her then for any concierge tried the sales line and after a long wait got hold of an agent who said my concierge was in the office but busy and someone would call me back Normally my concierge would call back or email straightaway There s been no reply this time Instead it took half a day just trying to pay the cruise balance Can t imagine how they d deal with a complaint or problem Companies that don t answer phones or emails don t deserve business I have a cruise booked with them next year but won t use the company again
