Laura Wing was very helpful in recommending a suitable one week cruise with a single occupancy stateroom Although she was away in the weeks prior to my holiday she made sure someone else took over to answer any questions Altogether a very satisfactory experience

Chris Kelly

Chris Kelly was most helpful and found us a great deal with Seven Seas Adventurer However we did not realise it would mean 8 days cruising the Atlantic Ocean between South Africa and South America which is not for us so we did not proceed I will certainly get back to Chris when we find a suitable cruise

Sadie was very polite and very patient

Sadie was very polite and very patient to my requirements Investigate every opportunity to possible cost reductions ie travel independent of the company etc The only area of improvement which I think is the company method is supply final total cost with limited detail Some people prefer this but i like a detail break down due to my work background But when asked for the detail Sadie was very respectful and supplied information in a very efficient time If this is typical of the companies service front end excellent service

Laura assisted us with a booking and we got a great deal with upgraded flights Very happy with the service we received23 then made an enquiry about a further cruise and although the response wasn t quite as prompt she followed through

Laura Wing handled our enquiry about booking a Norwegian Fjords cruise with SilverSeas very well and got us businesses class flights and a discount so we were very happy with the price Only issue we had was that we weren t told about the supplement for our door to door booking as we lived more than 50 miles from the airport and no one got back to us when I asked about it But all in all we were very happy with Laura

Four Stars for Six Star Cruises

I would like to commend Scott Perry a senior concierge at Six Star Cruises At all times he has been helpful polite and informative about the minefield that is international travel today The only reason he and Six Star do not score five stars is that their response rate to questions has fallen off a cliff Two weeks is too long to wait for a reply

Claire Chadburn is very knowledgeable

Claire Chadburn is very knowledgeable listened and quickly worked out an itinerary for us which was just what we wanted I m used to booking holidays privately on line and all the organisation that entails but I ve found it quite hard coordinating and checking into the various elements of the trip Claire as the concierge has tried hard to simplify things for me but lots of information and downloads are tucked away on Six Seas website and I found these by accident Its been confusing knowing what I should be doing and what is the responsibility of the TA

Fantastic cruise holiday experience enjoyed thanks to six star cruises and the personal dedicated help of Danilla Frustrating conclusion to the holiday caused by the delays and substantially poor service by British Airways
