Stacey has been our concierge for many years Not only is she an excellent cruise consultant she is a really lovely person who always finds time for each client Stacey is very efficient answering querries in a timely manner and always secures a more favourable deal than booking direct with the cruise line Stacey understands the requirements of her clients very well and always finds us a perfect cruise no matter which cruise company we use Thank you Stacey

This is the third time we have used sixstarcruises rivervoyages for our cruise reservations This time Erin is our advisor and she has provided excellent advice and guidance to enable us to choose and confirm our 2026 cruise She is patient user friendly and inspires confidence

I booked a Caribbean cruise with Lisa Paterson Lisa was super efficient and made everything as smooth and easy as possible I would highly recommend her Great service and I can t wait for our holiday

Lisa Paterson has been fantastic

Lisa Paterson has been fantastic arranging an Azamara cruise for us We saw a Six Star email limited offer whilst we are in Bali awaiting a cruise Despite the distance different time zones and my lack of a working phone Lisa has managed to get everything sorted including liaising with a relative of mine to take a deposit payment as my credit card needed a card reader which is at home Throughout the process and many emails I feel I have had a great personal service It is good to deal with a company so easily reachable and so friendly not one using a call centre in another country

Taken through all aspects of our booking quickly and efficiently Every question we had was answered Everything was as agreed and prompt Couldn t have asked for more from Lisa Paterson a real credit to the company Will not hesitate to book with her again

I have just booked my first Regent Seven Seas Cruise with Lisa Paterson The service Lisa provided was outstanding Lisa was very patient when explaining details of how the booking process worked and what had to be done separately She was quick efficient and always cheerful
