Skybags outsourced my belongings to DHL
Skybags outsourced my belongings to DHL then washed their hands of the matter It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my belongings The delays have been due to DHL error not customs yet skybags washes their hands of the situation and worse I have been charged huge storage fees due the delays These items were for my children as we have been trapped overseas during the pandemic Skybags have shown zero responsibility leaving me to endure the daily stress for a month of trying to sort things out with DHL They should not take peoples money if they are going to outsource delivery and then blame issues on customs when clearly the issues are due to DHL Currently my bags have cleared customs and I have still not received them yet skybags fobs me off saying it s a customs issues This shows a lack of understanding of the business they are involved in All the errors made were not related to the pandemic and were down to poor customer service lack of understanding of the business and negligence Terrible customer service I would avoid them and be advising others to do the sameLack of research over customs rules has had nothing to do with the errors and delays As there response shows I have still not received my goods and they have not done anything to sort this out If I email info skybags I get no response and they have washed their hands of the matter

Bad smells after arrival
I had a bad experience and I reach out and they asked me but never cared My clothe came smelling real bad and I had to dispose it after trying everything to remove smells Not sure what happened but it never smelled like it did when it arrived At the end of the day I paid for a service to end up disposing what I sent

Skybags collected a bag for delivery to Canada on 18th May 3 weeks later and still not delivered They outsourced to DHL whom they now blame Where does this leave me Shocking service yet i paid in excess of 130

AVOID
Got charged over 40 duty on my own clothes that were duty exempt When I complained to Skybags they said they would look into it and that they cannot take responsibility for the actions of the courier service THEY hire I have still heard nothing back from them I would NEVER use them again AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Total lack of service and endless excuses given for delays in delivery of our bags We paid extra for their Express service which they have refused to refund They claim the issue for the delay was there were electronics in our bags This is 100 false - there was nothing but clothing Calls don t get returned and you have to chase to get emails answered Save yourself the hassle and go direct to DHL Express for a much better frictionless service All Sky Bags did was make matters worse and slow down the process Avoid

This is a scam
This is a scam Shipped 3 luggages with them between UK and France The main reason was to avoid having to fill the custom paperwork myself It turns out they booked DHL could have done it myself for cheaper and they cocked up the paperwork so I had to spend hours doing it myself if I did not want my bags to be sent back to the UK I ve tried to get skybags to do something about it they were absolutely hopeless and could not care less Just book DHL or any other international carrier to avoid yourself some time and money wasted

Terrible terrible experience They only give you an estimated time for collection on the day and when the driver arrived he informed me in a rude way that he didn t have space in his van and left without attempting to even help

I had a worst experience with skybags I bought a bag then after 3 months the chain are showing some issue then I resolved the issue But now it s just 7 months its again showing problems and even the quality is also not as per the amount I paid The amount was 4000 - and I bought it at 2400 - Still not worth it
