MV was very quick and friendly in

MV was very quick and friendly in sorting out my broken suitcase handle It was under warranty so since the handle was not in stock he suggested I go downstairs in the shop floor to choose an equivalent suitcase to my broken one for free under warranty Coming into the store with a broken bag to leaving with a new one must ve been about 25min max

Fantastic repair process

Came in to have the zip repaired on my 5 year old carryon spinner I was expecting to have the bag sent away for repair but to my surprise everything was sorted on the day Service was fantastic and everything was covered by warranty The repair section of the store also seems very well organised I will continue to buy samsonite in the future

Outstanding customer service from MV

Outstanding customer service from MV We called the store in advance and MV ensured we were aware of the repairs store opening hours which meant we were able to get there on time He was incredibly helpful kind and efficient and did everything with a smile on his face It is clear he is highly skilled and experienced He was able to fix one of our cases there and then whilst with the other case he explained to us what the situation was and next steps We left the store beaming and very happy customers It is rare to see such brilliant customer service nowadays and MV is an asset to the Samsonite team

Paradiver Broken Zip - Excellent Service

One of the outer zips broke on my large Paradiver suitcase I took it to the wonderful Pascale at the Oxford Street London store who fixed it immediately FOC Luckily the zip was not damaged and had only come off the runner Very impressed with the fast efficient and friendly service Thank you Pascale greatly appreciated

Samsonite is a true global brand

I thought my damaged cannot be repaired and even if it can repair I expect long long waiting time Actually Samsonite repair person was so nice and he did it in 5 minutes I really felt the value of global brand Samsonite It was a great experience

Poopy was wonderful

Poopy was wonderful She was patient listen to our needs showed us different suitcases and when she understood the small faulty on our own Samsonite suitcases she suggested to fix them instead of buying new ones When we will need new ones we shall buy Samsonite MV looked at our suitcases and fixed it on the spot with no charge Happy day for us

Amazing Repairs Service Pasquale was just SUPERB Writhin minutes he managed to resuscitate my suitcase and I left with an extreme makeover suitcase ready to wheel around the world again Not only my best travel companion for the last 14 years and counting but the customer service and the repair team is what really counts Thank you Pasquale You are a Star

Repair Desk - Oxford Street Shop Excellent Service

The wheels on an old Samonsite suitcase needed replacing and the handle was also temperamental I brought it to the repair desk in Oxford Street and MV behind the counter couldn t have been more helpful Despite the suitcase no longer being in production he found wheels which fitted perfectly and fixed the handle Not only that but it was ready for collection a few hours later and cost just 36 A tremendous service and incredibly friendly throughout
