Went to repair dept at Oxford Sr store Prompt and courteous service Fixed my case while I waited Excellent service

Took 2 cases into the London Oxford Street repair centre Was served by MV a friendly smiley man who was able to clarify that the cases were beyond repair but as under warranty Samsonite were able to replace them He was polite showed us our options and got it all sorted for us Impressive service he was also very knowledgeable about the products Thank you

Huge thanks to the colleagues at Samsonite Mc Arthur Glen in York They went to a huge effort to source and fit replacement wheels on our 15 year old suitcase After not being able to locate any whilst we were in the shop our own lack of knowledge of what type of suitcase we had they continued investigating and came up with wheels from another store and called us back Best customer service I can recall ever Samsonite be proud of your staff they do you great credit

First class no fuss service

Having visited the Oxford Street store a few days ago the helpful and friendly sales assistant picked up on my disappointment I had been told in the past my 18 year old cases are no longer repairable She pointed me in the direction of the repair station and gave me their contact details Having communicated with them on WhatsApp about locks no longer functioning properly they encouraged me to bring the cases in anyway just in case something could be sorted out I am delighted to say that a solution was found by the incredibly helpful repair team Wow First class no fuss service I m so happy my cases will not now have to be sent for recycling if that is indeed possible We might even afford a holiday trip trusty Samsonite cases in tow

Luggage repair

The chaps at Samsonite repairs in Oxford St W1 could not have been more helpful or efficient My four year old suitcase suffered a significant structural wound while in transit by air or ground handling which they repaired overnight under guarantee Excellent MJ

Simply the best

The locks on the zip on my beloved Samsonite luggage were broken I thought I d have to live with it but instead the excellent team repaired to the highest standards and my suitcase is back to as good as new I had an upcoming trip which would have been dampened by not being able to lock my bags Thanks again for your amazing support The trip was a dream due to your efforts

Went in for a Samsonite suitcase repair A wheel was missing Staff were very friendly and extremely efficient MV person who repaired my suitcase managed to get a part and fit it in perfectly within 10 mins which was beyond my expectation 10 10 experience

Pasquali in the smart Samsonite store diagonally opposite John Lewis in Oxford St is superb He repaired my case there and then Luckily he had the parts in stock He was polite informative and gave great customer service with a smile He s a real asset to Samsonite Their cases are pretty good too
