I am a little nervous

I am a little nervous I ve never use Sky Travel before I usually go directly through the airline I usually know my seats it s been 3 days and I still do not know my seats for our departing fight I called in to Sky Travels customer service and Patrick was helpful in assigning our seats with our return flight I wondered why no one called me back to confirm as I was told and that I did not have the ability to choose our seats I am nervous about having my 13 year old daughter away from me in another area of the plane because of how long things have taken It s 7 days till we depart out of Detroit
