Darwin is amazing when I didn t
Darwin is amazing when I didn t understand him because of his strong accent he slowed down his words for me so I can get a better understanding He helped me out to his fullest potential When I was frustrated and sad he cheered me up and helped calm me down I thank Darwin for his kindness I know I am probably in no position to say this but I strongly believe that he deserves a raise

I am so grateful I was transferred to Sandra She was so sweet calm and patient with me I had some difficult requests but she was very understanding and was able to help me book all my flights and took all of my special requests into consideration I am very pleased with the awesome level of customer service provided by Sandra
