Andrew was a GREAT help to me He walked me through fixing my remote controls for my adjustable bed when the manufacturer of the remote controls couldn t even help me they just wanted to charge me more money to buy new ones Andrew saved me money and is a great asset and customer service representative

Awesome sales experience

Russell was very patient explaining the different options for mattresses and adjustable bed frames He helped me understand what the total price would be for each option and made sure I understood that only the mattress qualifies for the 120 trial I m looking forward to getting our new bed and trying out the massage feature of the bed frameI can see why so many other reviewers said they had a great experience with Russell I also appreciate knowing that the refund policy only covers the mattress since that was one of the main issues I saw in the negative reviews for PC I do wish that their website did more make you call in to get the sales pricing for their bundles
