Great service charger was installed earlier than expected Ollie the engineer was friendly knowledgeable and explained clearly what was being carried out He was professional and walked me through my new tesla wall charger to get it setup Would definitely recommend smart home charge

Premium and Professional Installation
Engineer Chris was absolutely brilliant Super polite and professional and kept us updated on every step of the installation The work was completed quickly and the power was only off for around 20 minutes The cable and units are super sleek and cable hidden well The installation looks so much cleaner than others on the estate

Great service would recommend you buy a charger from them
Great service very easy to sort out sending the company photos and videos before the installation No hidden fees and priced correctly If I had tried to buy the charger separately and paid an electrician to fit it I don t think it would have been any cheaper it would have also been a hassle to sort out The charger looks great and the install over took about 3 hours

We are unable to connect a smart EV charger
We are unable to connect an EV charger to the internet or mobile network The reason is that our parking space is in the basement of a concrete apartment building Owen was really helpful in explaining that the company was unable to help us because they only install smart chargers He recommended a dumb charger and a good product of this type We were really impressed by his helpfulness in suggesting a solution to our problem when he could not make a sale I highly recommend the company
