No problems with HP trying to block Third Party cartridges

I had problems with 3rd party cartridges in my HP6950 printer in that the chip was identified as non-HP meaning that any attempts at printing were blocked I contacted 6 companies for help and to know what their guarantees would cover Smart Ink were by far the most helpful company I had every confidence in them before I even bought their cartridges They supported me all the way such that when I received their cartridge I was able to print immediately without any of the HP niggles If I could give them 10 stars for their support I would And of course their prices are exceptionally good value as well

I have ordered these cartridges for My work and home Printers

I have ordered these cartridges for almost two years now and I love them I order the off brand for my printer and have never had any issues with the off brand not working like some other companies have supplied Thank you Smart Ink for making my workday much easier

Great service and ink

I ve been using Smart Ink for months and never had a problem until now A slight glitch in one cartridge wouldn t make it work I contacted their support and Angie was on it immediately I received a replacement within 2 days I wish all companies were like this 5 stars all the way

Incredible customer support

First of all their delivery speed is amazing I ordered a set of cartridges HP 301 on a Saturday and they arrived on Monday afternoon One of the cartridges was not being recognized by my printer so I messaged Smart Ink on Whatsapp They replied IMMEDIATELY helped me troubleshoot and offered to send me a whole new set of cartridges when the troubleshooting didn t work I got the new set of cartridges the following day and it works just fine Not only are they much cheaper than buying original cartridges but their customer support was unbelievable I will definitely be buying from them again in the future

Great service

Good price fast service and excellent products No smudges no error messages Cartridges read as original products in regard to ink levels Great color quality It makes little sense to use the experience brand names after discovering Smart Ink

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I raised my issue via WhatsApp and immediately got a reply and was advised how to resolve issue A replacement cartridge was sent straight away for next day delivery Could not have asked for better service Would definitely buy again from smart ink

Smartink pro quality is guaranteed

Placed my order on March 16th and received a sealed pack on March 18th Installed cartridges in my HP desk jet printer Voila Printing was perfect on a very important document that needed to be perfectly printed I have been using Smartink pro cartridges since 2020 and will never purchase from elsewhere Smartink pro cartridges are ABSOLUTE value for money

Great customer support great product Will order again

I don t typically leave reviews unless I have something GREAT to share I honestly was nervous to try these but these work fabulously with my printer I received my ink quickly However the cartridges didn t work so I emailed customer support Literally within minutes I was sent a response guiding me through some troubleshooting The cartridges still didn t work and so they sent new ones free of charge I was shocked New cartridges work perfectly Will definitely be a repeat customer

The product is excellent

The product is excellent When HP raided my printer through an automatic update and locked me out of my printer and was holding my printer hostage until I purchased their ink Smart Ink came to my rescue They showed me how to turn off the updates and sent me a new package of ink at no charge which was able to bypass the HP lock out I love the product and the customer service I would give them 10 out 5 stars if I could
