Alice just helped me fix a cartridge issue fast and easy I ve been using SMART INK for 3 plus years Cartridges are always exactly as ordered and they arrive promptly The customer service has been great I ve maybe used it 3 times and issues are solved or questions answered right away I rarely buy stuff from website but will always get my ink from SMART INK Thanks for your great product and great staff

HP forced through updates which caused printer to stop working Angie from Smart Ink came to the rescue with brilliant customer service You really find out how good a company is from how they deal with issues Printer now working again Well done Smart Ink

I ve run into issues twice and both time the customer service was just awesome They are quick to repy and correct any problems you could encounter The ink itself is of great quality and work well in my hp printer The XL cartdrige run a very long time and I do tons of printing

This company is at the top of its game I had a problem with an ink cartridge which they tried to resolve through some suggested measures The problem remained so they immediately sent out a replacement order which arrived the next day Superb customer service

I have been using Smart Ink s HP 902 ink equivalent product for my HP 6895 printer for over a year now It is exactly the same thing FOR HALF THE PRICE HP and every other printer company completely overcharges for the ink refills It s a scam They should all be ashamed of themselves SAVE YOURSELF THE EXPENSE Also I ve used Smart Ink s customer service chat twice now - once when I had a question about compatibility and once when HP downloaded an update to my printer I have never had better chat experiences - they got to me right away were knowledgeable and prompt Now about that second thing HP updated the firmware on the printer so that it wouldn t take an ink cartridge without the HP chip set The Smart Ink rep walked my through an app to readjust the firmware so that it would So yeah I m just loathe HP and SI rocks One other plus for me Smart Ink is Ukrainian I am very very happy to know that my dollars are going to help people suffering at the hands of Putin and his authoritarian regime
