Missing one star because the chat system did not work It started then gave me nowhere to type I emailed not expecting a response Instead Robert responded right away and was most helpful Very professional and a good reflection on the company

Order shipment

I ordered toner cartridges from Smart Ink but they never came in Was able to online chat with Jenna and she immediately sent out a replacement order that arrived in less than 48 hours Great customer service

Black ink cartridge stopped working all

Black ink cartridge stopped working all of sudden when it was no longer recognized by my printer Valerie from customer service was quick to respond and sent me a new ink set right away with fast shipping Hopefully this new set will have no issues Very happy with the customer service

I chatted with Alex this evening asking

I chatted with Alex this evening asking about a shipment that was expected a day ago but did not show up The issue is with the carrier with no way to contact them Alex gave me the tracking information and I saw that the parcel left the Amazon facility twice from the same facility one day apart I only have 1 parcel These Guys and Gals are amazing for what they have to put up with Thanks Alex Alice and another lady whom I communicated with over the past 2 days to resolve this issue You all ROCK A Big Thumbs up to you all

I purchased a set of inks which arrived

I purchased a set of inks which arrived in good time but would not run due to HP s latest firmware update Anna handled the issue in a very professional way no excuses or bu sh Promised to send an up to date set when available A few days passed and as we were desperate to get get some printing done we had to get a set from another supplier at a much greater cost A few days later Anna Sent through a new set which we assume will work once we need to install them We have double checked that we have HP updates turned off Always good to have a spare set Grateful to Anna for all her help will definitely contact Smart Inks when we need a new order

What to do when they ve still full

The customer service is great the only problem is I have a colour laser printer TN227 when I get a box change all the colours at once but after 3 months I ll have 3 4 full to full cartages but the inks won t register as being installed due to them having chips with batteries on them The customer service team is great at getting a new set out to me but I think these need a design upgrade What now do I do with these mostly full useless inks Do you recycle them I live in a small town that does not have a program

HP printer wouldn t accept cartridges - Fixed

I couldn t get my HP printer to accept the new 902 XL cartridges but a quick on-line chat fixed the problem - firmware change Everything works and I m happy My only suggestion would be that if Smart Ink knew about the printer firmware issue with HP printers then a note with the instructions would have resolved it without going back to them

Good price for replacement ink

Good price for replacement ink cartridges for my HP printer Ordered colour and black due box Black cartridge was showing as empty I contacted Smart Ink and they sent instructions on how to resolve the issue Tried these and they didn t work so Smart Ink quickly sent me a new box and I m pleased to say that the black cartridge worked perfectly as the colour one had from the start Excellent customer service response

ordert hp301 from amazon arrived in time the print came out grey i phoned the hotline answer strait away the lady told me to try cleaning ect it did not work she said will send replasement which arrived the next day i never expierienced srvice like that NUMBER ONE Alwx Panzenbock

I love the quality - would love to see better stewardship

I love the quality price and environmental sensitivity of these remanufactured cartridges They come delivered to my mailbox on time when I need them This would better if Smart Ink would include a postage paid return label to be used with the shipping boxes the new cartridges come in to allow me to return the spent cartridges to Smart Ink for re-use It is lame ask your customers to use big box stores to take back spent cartridges for recycling Your business model is re-use which is so much better for plastics than recycling Why not close up the loop and take back the spent cartridges Smart Ink could be a model corporation taking responsibility for its waste cradle to grave
