One again SmartStart screwed me
One again SmartStart screwed me I was told to be at the SmartStart in Beckley at 10am to meet a supervisor I get there and I was told he was running late I ran some errands and called back and they told me that I had to reschedule for Thursday or Friday They would give me a 20 credit to my account I am absolutely furious with the way this company has treated me I consulted an attorney today

It is almost imposible to get a representative on the phone You get one then they transfer you immediately The device breaks and they charge you for being drunk even if you havent had a drink in over 3 years They overcharge you and they do not reply to dispute reports which is their process for getting a refund of any kind You have to pay the money they say they owe or else you cannot get the device off So their process is pay the money then file a dispute The disputes are ignored They profit off of your error DO not get a dui that way you will not have to deal with this company

Find someone who can handle the job
Crap for service appointments You have no say on day and time They are given at random and the day changes without notice The time gets later and later in the morning Sure when you have 1-1 12 hrs to hold they can change it sometimes Twice in a row now i have been on hold for an hour or more only to be told that they cant reach the service center I asked them to try again and they offered to give me the number so i could call Center has repeatedly told me that they have no input to call Smart Start So what is it Whats the truth Why call someone who says Smart Start is completely in charge I have a job and this scheduling nightmare every month is making it difficult If i treated my clients like this i would go out of business

This company is the worst they still have not gotten back but the don t care or help after a hole month they still have not help they just left me with no help and know they still want me to payfor something I don t want anymore don t ever go with this company the worse

Sherry has been awesome and most helpful She is amazing at her job and her response to text and questions Definitely get customer satisfaction when talking with her her response time is incredible I couldn t have made it as long as I did without her She definitely was kind and helpful and polite Everytime I dealt with her for a couple of years now
