Excellent for PhD research
I have used SmartSurvey for a number of my PhD studies as it is easy to use and simple to create online surveys I particularly like the fact that it has a variety of functionality options that enable different questions to be addressed in different ways ensuring that all of the questions can be asked within one survey I often embed YouTube links within my surveys which works well - I was a bit hesitant initially but I encountered no problems and have continued to use YouTube clips with great success Overall a great survey product

As a student the price was brilliant 12 a month for data collective and it provides the data in so many formats It was quick and easy to set up with just one email of a photo of my student ID The hardest part was choosing what type of questions to use because of the variety of choices available to use Quick easy and a great service
