Awful quality clothing awful customer service
Please stay away from this company My daughter ordered a dress arrived 18days later The quality and look of the dress was nothing like she ordered Contacted to send back however said there policy of refund was 20days from purchase different to the website and the fact she didn t get it till 18days after the purchase After explaining this they have now put the dress in the sale wasn t eh reason they are giving for no refund is that it s in the sale My daughter is 17 years old she paid 40 for the dress from her working hard for it and basically has been left with a rag as you cannot call it a dress and it no wearable I advise people to stay away and be cautious

Not even worth 1 star i bought a dress from this company tried it on to see if i liked it and i didn t like how it fit on me and the dress didn t look anything like the picture I couldn t find any options for returns so i emailed and ive been told items are not eligible for return based on fit preferences Waste of money DO NOT BUY

If could give zero stars I would ordered a dress for my birthday it came faulty spoke to someone explained what was wrong they spent afew days deciding wether it could be returned or not My birthday night out I had to buy a new dress as they took so long Wouldn t mind just wanted another not refund Then because of the messing about they did i asked for a refund and told me I could only get 20 BACK Absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY STAY AWAY 100 Wouldn t mind as a new customer the service is shocking need training in customer service if ever want to be a better a brand
