Very easy to navigate website

Very easy to navigate website good quality products and components I rang the phone number on the website to ask questions and was speaking to a member of staff after about three rings My order arrived on site the very next day before noon I would recommend this company as the price the service and the quality were all spot on

A brilliant company

I cannot praise this company enough From start to finish they have been brilliant I took up the option of the free CAD design which they altered and changed a couple of times to ensure the design was right The delivery and communication was excellent throughout Will recommend and use again

Aaron has been so helpful in redoing the designs for various projects for us there quick and realiable Delivering the plant and equipment when they say and working with us to ensure were happy great company would continue to use cheers guys

Soleheat have a great kit builder that

Soleheat have a great kit builder that is easy to configure that is easy to use that takes the guesswork out of getting a system that is valid The parts are not the cheapest on the market as I found out after a call to Dave who told me that the products are manufactured on Europe and not China The kit came quickly and i have yet to assemble and commission it The kits come with a great warranty also Dave said that they have never had any failures which is great to know

Your service in us ordering and

Your service in us ordering and receiving the order were first clsss The problem we had was the box was completely ripped open st the top and the side of the box which concerned us that part of the order could have been stolen There were lots of boxes from you after that all ok Because the delivery driver photographed it on delivery to our neighbour had to have been opened before then Rang and told you at the time

Underfloor heating

I can reccomend this firm The designs were done promptly The delivery s came the day after I placed my order All our queries were answered promptly The instalation was easy to do with understandable directions I had to reorder a larger roll of pipe I had changed the plan the refund for the smaller roll was paid into my bank promptly Aaron has given excellent support throughout the process We are just waiting for the screed to cure so that we can connect it to our boiler

Brilliant service

Brilliant service fair prices and next day delivery My only fault is the website always seems to be a problem when selecting options For example not wanting the tools can t select that option or sometimes theres just a fault with the system so it won t let you continue without selecting a certain option even if you don t want it just to get to checkout But on the other side of it the customer service is fantastic so they always get it sorted

Very helpful customer service explained complex situation very well

Would definitely recommend this company I spoke with Aaron about an issue left by some builders who had used a Soleheat system but taken elements of the system off site He spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone to me and helped me to understand the situation fully I found him really helpful knowledgable and kind The world needs more people like him
