Impressed with good old fashioned customer service

Ordered from this company and admit I was a bit apprehensive as not used them before Need not have worried everything arrived as advised We did have one damaged item but this is where the company totally impressed me no argument they apologised and new part arrived next day Excellent first class service

Sales guy was great and knowledgeable about product over the telephone kit arrived next day all compete easy enough to lay fit fill Pressure test port a little tricky to attach to but help and assistance over the phone soon solved the issue I would recommend to anyone with a little knowledge of plumbing who wants a quality diy kit Wear gloves if you don t have a staple tool as my thumb is still numb

Since buying from Soleheat for my UFH

Since buying from Soleheat for my UFH project I have found dealing with both Aaron and Brett 2nd to none Very professional and knowledgeable too Resolved a couple of issues straight away 1st was damaged item clearly as a result of Delivery firm and not Soleheat Item sent and received next day 2nd months later was a faulty flow regulator which was also dealt with efficiently and sent out for next day delivery Would highly recommend Soleheat Excellent customer service

Prompt quotes and re quotes I had four in total each was returned within 24hrs sometimes even sooner The quotes were itemised and drawing of the pipe layout provided each time To add to the awesomeness the price was fantastic much lower than other companies that quoted The delivery came on the day and date specified I

Easy to navigate website I asked a question via live chat anbout a wet kit and then spoke to a sales representative on the phone I asked some technical questions and the sales representative answered them all My order was placed around 1pm and was delivered to site next day just before lunchtime Great service
