Purchased expensive Boss loafers before my flight Arrived home only to discover that they had put the display model in the box which had significantly bent and weathered leather Very disappointed Do not trust this store Shop elsewhere

Ordered 2 pairs of Veja trainers through the ebay outlet Paid immediately got confirmation that they were dispatched with tracking numbers with evri Got contacted they had no stock Why advertise you have stock The 2nd pair never arrived Opened a dispute with ebay to get my money back Very disappointed will not use again back to the High Street for me

Do not trust their next day delivery I paid 6 to get some wellies sent next day delivery for an agricultural show tomorrow and they have never turned up They sent an email saying sent but DPD shows they are still waiting for parcel from Sole Traders on the day they should be delivered to me Complete waste of time and will never use this terrible company again Now left in lurch and all hassle of trying to get back the refund and 6 I have paid for next-day delivery which never happened

I haven t received my order it said it had been delayed and couldn t be delivered then the next time i looked Evri said they d delivered it a week prior I emailed sole trader and haven t had any response at all

I bought a pair of CK trainers from Soletrader which had creases in the leather I returned them This was followed by another THREE pairs All were not appropriate to sell in my view Before the last pair were sent 4th pair Customer Services agreed that the warehouse manager would quality check the trainers before sending This clearly did not occur An absolutely disappointing company I will never buy from Soletrader again

Racial profiling to the max Went to the store to purchase trainers for myself white female with my partner black male As soon as we get into the store an Eastern European woman is following us around the store Upon trying on one of the trainers I asked for the other shoe to which she replied in order for her to get the other shoe she needs to take the shoe which I m currently wearing to then get the other shoe This is not standard practice and given how quiet the shop was and the distinct shoe it is not useful to take the shoe which I m trying on Whilst I m trying on shoes my parent is looking for shoes for himself he was quickly followed by another staff member This goes beyond attentive customer service To the woman s disbelief I purchased the trainers not before their machines stopped working which resulting in a 10 minute wait whilst their machine reboots

My item didn t not arrived but shows as delivered On 7 11 23 I left and email to sole trader advisor regarding problem with my item Someone by name Darryl replied to my email Hello I see your order was dispatched direct from supplier The tracking claims delivery was made 30-10-23 but does not clarify if it was delivered to your address or a neighbour etc I will contact them now to request a POD image from the courier and raise an investigation into a disputed delivery I ll get back to you as soon as we have an updateKind regardsDarrylSoletrader Customer AdvisorAfter this email no one gets back to me I made one more attempt to contact them but with no response

If zero stars was an option then I would give a zero star rating I am awaiting a response and all I ever receive is an automated reply saying you will be in touch in a few days Apparently I need to await the delivery company and sole trader to investigate even although the consumer rights act states that my contract is with sole trader direct and not the delivery company Absolutely disgusting service This will now be pursued further as I will not be letting you keep any monies paid and I will expect to receive interest I have had no contact from sole trader since the 8th December so I have been left with no option but to take this matter further trading standards FCA small claims court etc etc I will do what ever it takes to get my money back

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the staff at Embassy Westfield White City I asked for an exchange of a shoe size but they did a refund When I checked the refund it was not to my credit card No idea where the money went but my credit card company did not have it And when I asked about it the blond middle aged sales woman and her manager tried to tell me I was rude for asking what happened Even more bizarre they kept trying to take the receipt from me There was also some shouting from the sales woman while the manager did not want to help or diffuse the situation Bizarre behaviour for retail and a pity as they have good products but I am definitely not walking into their stores again

I placed my order and it didn t arrive I contacted customer services and was told it was getting returned to them as the courier couldn t deliver it I was in both days they said it would be arriving the photos dpd took were not of my house Sole trader wouldn t resend or refund until they ve received the item from dpd even though they know I ve never received it
