I had to ring your Canterbury store as I had a query about a return and also wanted some advice on a replacement for some Hunter wellies Your store manager could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable - I wish I had his name to share When I went into the store to do the return and collect my order he even remembered my name He is a credit to your company and I am a very happy customer as as result of his first class customer service

Never heard of SoleTrader however they had the shoe I wanted The ordering process was easy they shipped in a timely manner and I got exactly what I wanted in great condition Exactly what you need for a transaction I d buy from them again
