Wonderful product

Wonderful product I just wish companies in general would give you their discount automatically instead of customers having to remember their special codes for the discount I consider my lack of remembering a donation to their efforts Especially Solidstate

Truly poor customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service I have spent three weeks sending multiple emails in regards to a simple return exchange Have received no answer automated or otherwise to acknowledge receipt of emails No phone number to call A very poor experience and reconciled know that I m stuck with the t shirts

They come apart at the seams

I have bought several t shirts from this company over the past several months I really like the idea of supporting American companies especially small businesses The last order of shirts I bought have started to come undone at the seams in the sleeve area I took a picture and sent to Solid State Clothing and the person that answered the email agreed that it was a quality control issue They sent another T shirt to replace it which was the incorrect color but I didn t complain about that Well now I have had other SSC shirts start to come apart in the same area and when I reached out to Solid State with more pictures no one returns my emails I have sent three over the past 5 days I am moving on Buyer beware SSC talks a good game on their website but that is all it is

All of the T shirts I bought from SSC

All of the T shirts I bought from SSC in the last month have started to come apart at the seems in the sleeve area I reached out to customer service several times and got no response Then within an hour of a review going live SSC reached out Before the review crickets Also for some reason all of the shirts fit differently even though they all are size L I really drank the Kool aid with this company and now I am paying the price Hope others have a better experience

New shirt coming apart at the seams

Like a review below my shirt is also coming apart where the sleeve attaches and two separate messages to customer service have gone unanswered I was very enthusiastic about the company and everything they stand for but can t wear a shirt with holes in it after just a few months Disappointing

Never received the second order I

Never received the second order I placed and the first order I was sent the wrong size Not impressed wiht the sizing either it is all over the place Gotta say I am disappointed- was really excited about the entirely made in the US part but I won t buy again and I would love a refund for the missing shirt
