Solid materials but poor supply chain management and awful communication I had to email several times to get my 2 tee shirts after 3 months

The recipient of the Tshirt said it was a really soft cotton and appeared to be a nice tshirt in regards to construction Customer Service and supply for their demand is greatly lacking Placed order Nov 30th received Jan 31st Things go wrong and there are delays and adaptation seems to have been the theme of 2020 but there is no excuse for not communicating what is going on to the customer Perhaps don t advertise something will make it by Dec 25 if you run a risk of it not making it I received zero communication from this company to bring me up to speed on my order s major delay No automatic emails with confirmation of order and or no order being packed shipped Their website does not offer a way to contact customer service I left messages with the phone number on my credit card bill Only once I reached a human on Dec 22nd was I told there was an indefinite delay It would take a lot for me to try this company again Not worth the hassle

Sizing was definitely a surprise - very small
