no assistance when I asked for support

no assistance when I asked for support when things went very wrong on a cruise sold by them to me - it should have been ultra luxury with one of the very top small ship cruises - but there was already Covid on board and I was not prewarned of this This meant missed ports refused landing staff shortages food not up to standard and staff shortages - it turned into a nightmare and not the luxury that I had paid for and expected They even ran out of branded bottled water - neither the agents Sovereign nor the cruise company have given me any hope after I paid more than 14000 for this nightmare I am now going through another channel - Sovereign staff even told me that they were not allowed to speak to me - how unprofessional and supportive is that

Useless Money Grabbers

We will never use them again Booked a 23 day cruise costing over 15 000 They lead you down the garden path with information so that they can sell then they lie and deny all knowledge or even worse tell you that they aren t aware of a cruise liner providing such a service when clearly it s written on the Cruise s website information so we end up knowing more than they do They are hardly the experts then On another occasion enquired about purchasing a second cruise for 2024 and they didn t even provide a quotation Not a care in the world for a returning customer I think that says it all Sovereign shame on you and no thank you ever again Competition is stiff out there and you ve lost in this game already Thank you David Pope for your recommendation in using Six Star Cruises for the future

Sovereign Cruise Club offer very good discounts that is it For the rest you are on your own Should you require any help or further assistance forget it I understand this therefore use them
