We booked our first ocean cruise with Sovereign over 10 years ago At that time we really weren t sure that cruising was for us but several of our friends had been on cruises and they assured us that we would enjoy the experience Hotels and flights are pretty easy to book online without expert help and we do it all the time But what we discovered is that booking a cruise is making a holiday decision that goes way beyond just a flight or hotel The ship you select determines your dining and evening entertainment choices for the duration of your holiday Which itinerary you choose impacts which destinations you ll visit and which shoreside activities will be available to you We shortlisted a few cruise options and spoke to Sovereign for some guidance This was an inspired decision Our Sovereign agent was SO helpful knowledgeable not-pushy friendly and made us feel that we were able to ask any questions no matter how naive we thought they sounded We felt in safe hands and very reassured that they would help us select the most appropriate cruise line itinerary and even stateroom positioning on the ship The icing on the cake was the price discount offered by Sovereign by booking through them From booking to the sailing date everything went smoothly Our Sovereign agent Adam even emailed us with the offer of discounted upgrades and phoned a few days before departure to wish us a pleasant holiday That s what I call service Needless to say we had a terrific time on our cruise and have become converts to cruising holidays We have always returned to Sovereign not just as our booking agent but as our main contact point for unbiased guidance on all matters concerning luxury cruises I should add that over the years we have been dealing with Sovereign we have found that all their agents are equally polite knowledgeable and professional
