So many noticeable cutbacks on everything Staff seem overworked and unhappy Deck area etc is well past repair No longer six star

We initially contacted them to change a booking as our circumstances had changed At first it was all a bit of a stress but Luke went above and beyond to try and help and we were very pleased with the outcome down to his help and support Very professional at what he does and deserves some praise Thanks again Luke Sovereign also do provide better prices for celebrity cruises so we tend to go via them A company I would use again

The whole service from Ella Curtis was just superb We discussed options for several cruises and with Ella s help we agreed on an option Ella s professsionalism and knowledge were first rate and we really appreciated her help and guidance Her service very much reflected the approach from most of the Sovereign team which has always been extremely good This is why we keep coming back
