I can t get hold of customer service and the shoe has broken after 3 wears I need the shoes to be replaced as I love them but can t get in touch No email address and customer service call centre is closed

I thought it was bad and misleading that on the page describing the product it said the product was eligible for a 15 discount using the code provided but that once you get most of the way through check-out they tell you that the product is NOT eligible for the discount Dishonest trickery in my opinion After writing this review I spoke with their customer service who claimed the missing discount was a temporary bug They refunded the 15 back to my PayPal account How convenient though that the people who don t call to complain won t get the discount In my case it was around 6 and covered the shipping costs The website also misleadingly has FREE SHIPPING all over the place as do their emails You have to look much deeper to discover that the free shipping is only if the product in question is from their English warehouse If it is from their warehouse in France no free shipping It would be better from a consumer rights point of view if they would indicate this more specifically instead of claiming a general free shipping when that applies to only some of their items You shouldn t have to go looking for that info Customer service personnel were at least friendly and helpful

I ve made a purchase today for versache trainers worth over 150 the money has come from my bank and I ve been told I ve to upload personal identity documents which I am not willing to do I ve emailed adriana spartoo with my order details and I expect a refund as I m not willing to risk my personal identity documents I hope to here from you soon Arron

Horrible service Beware of short timeline to return and customer pays return international shipping to France BEWARE I appreciate the reply saying that return shiping was free Does that apply to the US The emails I received from you stated that buyer pays return shipping If your policy has changed I am sure your customers will be appreciative I am changing my rating from one star to three because your products are great but unfortunately the return communication was a problem I decided to sell the shoes on an auction site to avoid the 115 international shipping charge to return the shoes I didnt get all my money back but that was better than paying such high international shipping

Misleading because they sent me a link to fill in a questionnaire saying I would receive a 10 discount off my next order plus free delivery When I ordered at the checkout I had a message saying it was only on orders over 50 No mention of that in the email same applies to free delivery Misleading to the customer Changing my review because they have refunded the delivery charge

Ordered MK Willis trainers described as White Gold as I already have several pairs of these trainers I was excited that they was available in described colours They finally arrived today after problems with UPS it would be helpful if UPS sent email text to say taxes need to be paid rather than waiting for customer to constantly have to follow on tracking On opening I was disappointed to see trainer upper was gold in colour the only white was on the wedge I would return but after reading reviews that other customers have posted about returning goods I won t bother and mark it down to bad experience Maybe the description should read Gold White as the prominent colour is Gold

Really happy with the jacket I got I ve been looking for it since 2017 and couldn t find it anywhere and Spartoo came to the rescue Delivery was pretty quick came in about a week and a half However they constantly hassle you with promotional emails It s not even a normal amount at this point They ve emailed me with promotions spam every day since the order was made in the 06 04 23 UPDATE After unsubscribing from the newsletter as per their response I m still getting emails

Hi I ordered a pair of shoes and got charged 4 98 delivery fee on the bill it said free delivery and returns hopefully will but be charged this

UPS delivered the boots I ordered which are great but was unaware I had to pay 54 import duty cash only May have been in the small print buy not made very clear on Spartoo website So beaware

I bought two Derhy dresses that I couldn t get directly from Derhy in my size - the price was competitive but the delivery took longer than I expected Derhy deliver from Paris by regular mail in two days whereas Spartoo took almost a week so some improvement needed there Otherwise the product was exactly what I wanted and I will look again on Spartoo for branded goods
