Successfully bought a few pairs of shoes and returned one that didn t fit Refund was super fast with no issues at all Just make sure to create an account before ordering otherwise you won t be able to generate a free return label

Really surprised at all the negative reviews of this site especially the comments about it being fake or a scam Found a pair of white Lacoste espadrilles that I couldn t find anywhere else especially in my size Ordered from Spartoo on the 4th of Sept dispatched the next day and arrived today Genuine boxed and labelled And at a great price Also great communication and parcel tracking throughout Couldn t ask for more

Amazing Service

I had been looking for a specific pair of Jonak shoes for over 10 months they were sold out everywhere until I found them on Spartoo Having seen the average score on Trust Pilot at first I was reluctant to proceeding but I am so so glad I did Customer service was amazing Ariana kept me informed on every single step or progress made with my order and the shoes made it all the way from France sooner than anticipated They are a perfect fit too Thank you so much Spartoo team you made my day

Not a fake review I swear I never write reviews but felt the need to write this one I came across the Spartoo website whilst looking for a specific jacket as a Christmas present I was a little worried because the prices were too good to be true but I was proven wrong Item arrived so quickly and soooo much cheaper than anywhere else I had seen it Very pleased Would recommend
