Ordered some Ted Baker shoes on 27 May which were sold out everywhere else My account was verified on 28 May the shoes were sent on 29 May and I received them on 31 May Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again I have knocked off half-a-star as the verification process is a bit of an inconvenience but of course I won t have to go through that again on any subsequent orders Recommended

Spartoo order easy experience

I ordered some boots from Spartoo based on the price I was surprised after talking to the telephone representative that they only had a six month warranty but this was flexible being from the UK So I ordered them and when they arrived they were in spartoo box and not the manufacturers box I though this was a bit strange Unfortunately they were too big so I returned them free of charge and received a full refund After I initially placed the order I checked here and was quite concerned based on the numerous negative reviews But for me it was all okay My only concern now is surely they should offer a 12 month warranty and not 6 I thought that was standard Would I buy from them again Probably not as I prefer to purchase my outdoor gear from those I trust and avoid any risks I hope this review helps

Ordered coat from this website and they have partner companies Coat arrived wrong colour from partner company had to pay to return an incorrect order generated by partner company However contacted Adriana at Spartoo after my original message here and she was very helpful If you have any issues contact Spartoo direct

Great selection of brands and quick

Great selection of brands and quick delivery to the UK I have been using this site for a number of years and have always had a positive experience They tend to use bigger boxes than needed to packagae items but I ve always managed to find use for the boxes around the house

Fab customer service

Fab customer service would be 5 but the checkout was confusing- order placed but not go through PayPal is an option but for some reason it just spun around eventually put through with just card payment

I was a little skeptical about this site like many of thee reviews However the shoes I was looking for weren t available anywhere else so I took a chance and ordered a pair About a week later the shoes actually arrived at my door Much faster than I expected especially from overseas Shoes were correct and was very happy
