i have been waiting for air jordan 4 royalty size 45 for like three weeksi always go to check but there always reads out of stock

Hello Placed a order for a pair of mens shoes I have not received any confirmation as to whether the order as been processed Thankyou

I placed my first order which went awry from the start I called customer service and they canceled the order and told me to start over So I reordered and discovered that for the first pair of shoes the shipping was free but not for the second pair I wrote to the chat service and no one there speaks English nor Italian only French They told me to call If they can t write in English then they certainly can t speak English I recived an opinion poll asking me to tell them about my experience for which they would give me a 10 Euro discount coupon When I went to use the coupon I received an error message that I would have to spend at least 70 Euro I am fed up with this company Their products are more expensive then comparable companies the shipping fees make no sense and they tricked me into a 10-minute opinion poll based on a phony discount coupon Guess who s done with this company

Very nerve racking The documents they ask for My bank even question whether it was fraudulent We ll see when and what I received I ordered a Versace belt Fingers crossed it s not a dupe If all goes well I ll change my review To be continued

I paid 5 for delivery and they delivered it to the closest ups point next to my house which means i need to get them but they didn t give me any notice about that

The company I am writing a review is spartoo net I have the same experience as bonnie fercho had regarding the return process I placed an online order of a pair of Birkenstock sandals I live in US Received it within a couple of days But the width was wrong The website at the time of the order have the info of size and color but not of the width Did not know the width till I saw it in the shoe box Clicked the Return link of the shipment notification email and got the Return address to France with the shipping cost at my expense that will be an international shipping in my end It never came to my mind that I had to return the item to France I probably did not do any business with Spartoo if I knew Dear Spartoo Please state your return policy clearly in the website Do not delay hide your business policy that the return shipping cost is at a customer s expense And clearly state what country is international or domestic to your business

Ordered moon boots then on receiving my parcel was told by UPS delivery service that I had to pay 71 00 for overseas taxes this isn t made clear enough on website Won t be ordering again

I m pretty sure when all is said and done I ll be happy but they form validation won t accept my zip postal code Your postcode does not match the selected country I get this whether I use the standard 5-digit code typical in the United States or if I add the extra 4 with or without a - separating them So I can t create an account or place an order The only contact method I can find is an international number - no emails or even robot chat

Good communication from spartoo product arrived in good state HOWEVER where was the notification that I would be stung for 50 import tax Really soured this purchase I am returning product because it put the cost of my purchase up by 25 Not good Disappointed

I ordered a couple of shoes from Spartoo - both arrived very quickly However one of the pairs I recieved was not the size I ordered I sent it back and requested another pair in the correct size Unfortunately when they arrived they were also inthe wrong size I don t know what happened but it was just annoying so I sent them back and purchased from another online site Returns policy and customer service all very good though
