I don t normally write reviews and am normally very much put off by negative company reviews so wanted to write this in the interests of trying to create a balanced overall picture of this company I ordered some boots with Spartoo- sold by a partner company in Spain I have to be honest I felt like I was taking a risk given some of the reviews on here and I was once scammed by a Chinese online company But they were literally the only company online that stocked this style of boot in my size so I took a chance I got an email confirmation immediately regular UPS order tracking data and delivery on time 4 days later Very impressed The boots are just as expected- perfect

I received a pair which was sold out everywhere else for a great price in less than 24 hours after ordering Wow - I got mixed up the sizing so needed to exchange the pair I was on the phone with a very lovely lady Adriana who was very nice efficient and helpful I already received my return label and look forward to my new pair of sandals Perfect service

I felt I had to write a review after reading mixed reviews I wasn t put off Which I m glad I wasn t couldn t find an Armani coat for my daughter that was affordable all sale ones uk were out of her size so took a chance The coat I ordered came from their warehouse in France they have two one in uk hence different prices for delivery I think the site has all information you can find which is very helpful before you order Ordered item quick despatch and in less than a week from France before the expected delivery day Excellent service would use again

Fantastic customer service kept informed of every developement although boots came so quickly they wouldn t have needed too Also best price by far I could find anywhere

Very pleased with the service from Spartoo Speedy delivery and my son loved his Ralph Lauren shirt which he had originally ordered from another store at a higher price until i discovered Spartoo Will definitely purchase again

Spartoo offered an amazing discount on a quality brand The website offered ease-of-access clear pricing and sizing they use a recognised and trusted delivery firm with tracking which is an added bonus Quick and efficient through checkout too - I had been looking for a well-priced pair of waterproof boots in a half size for ages and was delighted to find them here I will be certain to use Spartoo again given the experience I had today

Awful customer experience Not only I paid a hefty delivery charge but also 70 of taxes from UPS for which we can t even change the delivery date This is the first and last time for me Dreadful Spartoo you should consider changing the way you treat your UK customers Please don t buy on this website overall it costs more than on the brands directly To avoid at any cost
