be careful when buying ar SPORCKS

The size does not fit I want to send it back but there is no real return and refund option If you have tried it they say they can t take it back And the return form is way too difficult Be careful when buying at SPORCKS

The whole process is extremely slow I ordered 14 days ago and haven t received anything yet If I knew this beforehand I would ve bought socks somewhere else

Waiting for Godot

Waiting on my order already for 1 5 month but still according the delivery status In Transit No information of them about the status Really a sad company

21 days to receive the order

It took 21 days to receive the order when I made the order it was stated 3 to 7 days Socks look nice fit is very small or they are extreme compression socks either of those I will update about the quality when I get some miles in

My socks are gone on their holidays

The single worst experience of online shopping of my life Almost 3 weeks since I ordered 3 x pairs of socks I ve had loads of emails from Shippy Pro with update after update but I have absolutely no clue where my order is My socks have been to Madrid Girona The Hague and are now somewhere in the Netherlands The 50 price tag now makes sense as they ve sent my socks on a tour of Europe They ve seen more European countries than me this summer I hope by the time they arrive my feet haven t changed size I ll probably just leave them in my will to one of my grandchildren I don t have any presently but expect to have a bus load by the time they arrive I ll probably never receive them

Sizing of the socks is not correct

Sizing of the socks is not correct I bought multiple pairs in the same size but some pairs are several centimeters smaller than other ones Customer service says there is nothing wrong and the structure of some models is different and they only look shorter I have sent them pictures where you can clearly see the difference in size but they refuse to replace them So this was the first time I ordered Sporcks socks and it was definitely the last time

Order takes forever and emails are not answerd

It took 6 weeks after I placed my order to receive a shipment confirmation All emails I ve sent during that time asking about updates on my order have been left unreplyed no matter if I reply to the order confirmation or try to reach them via their info email Now two weeks after the shipment confirmation I still don t have my order and they keep ignoring my emails I m really disappointed and not sure if I ll ever receive my order

Terrible customer support and order didnt recieve

I ordered two pairs of socks on 3 12 to 24 12 The socks still haven t arrived after going all over Europe I paid for shipping and their terms and conditions say a few business days I m in the EU just like Spain Customer support has been ignoring me on chat since they told me to contact them by email I ve been sending emails but I m not getting a response I hope they won t reply ont his review here contact us at the info email because I ve already done so several times I feel cheated
