these people are brainless dont trust them with your crypto or your cash Something as simple as an email address change was beyond their ability in addition to their sky high fees makes them rotten egg STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS Just seeing the idiotic reply these fools posted confirms they are brainless If you value your money stay away there are better services out there with better employees

Great UX but not working as advertised

Easy to sign up and simple to use - but then the problems begin Multiple attempts to cash out using Solana USD but failure upon failure with support simply saying they will get back after resolving the issue and then NOTHING

Update- My experience was not one I ever want to repeat but I want to say Spritz did give me my funds back finally today 20 days later I have been a customer for a year mainly bill pay only used them over two weeks ago to buy crypto same day wire option took them over a week to tell me they could not complete purchase and I would be given a refund said would be processed Monday It NEVER CAME they continue to hold my whole 5 figure crypto they themselves said would be refunded No updates on when they will refund my money as promised by either chat or escalated support email address Trust level 0

Was fine up until this November don t put money on there or it ll be trapped without any ability to offload into a VCC or other institutions that were once compatible Their customer service is now shot and they don t really help at any convenience They ve lost my trust and I can t see this platform as a reliable to trust any transfers or transactions

Spritz finance has historically executed their crypto off ramp successfully but in the last 24 hours has gone dark Poor and misleading communication lack of transparency and money in progress meaning transfers to bank accounts that should take less then an hour haven t been completed in 24 hours There updates are few and far between and incorrect They say their engineers are aware of problems but they don t say what problems are Looks like they are hiding a hack and not disclosing it to clients Find another off ramp vehicle

Inaccurate and misleading A Google search indicated that there is a free 25 sign-up bonus When I went to the company website there was also an indicator at the top of their webpage for 25 sign-up bonus Therefore I signed up got verified and asked customer support via live chat how to redeem the sign-up bonus I was told that it was a Google ads promotion and I was not eligible Which doesn t make sense because their webpage also indicated a 25 bonus I don t know how these companies can advertise something on Google and on their main webpage and not be held accountable

I regret not trusting my better judgement

I regret not trusting my better judgment when using Spritz Finance I purchased crypto paid service fees and then found out my deposit didn t meet an undisclosed minimum Now I m waiting two days or longer to get my money back if I even get it It s infuriating that as tech advances customer service and fair treatment continue to decline My advice RUN Don t second-guess it you don t need this service or anything from Spritz

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I m mad Spent upwards of 20 over the last two weeks just to get the 25 credits that was to be sent to my PayPal or Venmo Tonight showed me this company had devilish intentions As when I off ramped to have it sent to my PayPal it just transferred internal NOTHING WENT TO MY PAYPAL I m homeless and need this money just to survive What I got was screwed
